When I opened the box, oh my goodness… the steam hit my face, and the aroma was pure heaven. The pizza was piping hot, loaded with fresh, flavorful toppings, and cooked to absolute perfection. The store itself was spotless, which made the whole experience even better.

“The pozza has come along way and really taste good now. I hate the drive through line. The drive through intercom is always out and you have to drive to the window to order. Then you have to drive back around and through the line again to pick up the food. The area is too small and always congested.“

“As I missed the delicious Pide (Turkish Pizza) for a long while, Star Pizzeria marvellously brought my old memories back. If you really want to taste the genuine Turkish cuisine in Houston, you won't regret visiting this small but nicely decorated restaurant. I was surprised when the owner warmly greeted every customer when he returned from his shopping. I think he's well known and loved in his community.“

“I had dinner here with my family for my nephew's birthday. When we arrived, everyone seemed very busy—there was no one to seat us, and even the waitress took her time. I’m not mentioning this as a complaint, but rather to commend the supervisor; even though it wasn't his job, he provided excellent service—he practically handled 80% of it himself—and I didn't get a chance to thank him. I highly recommend this place; plus, the food is delicious!“

From the moment we walked in, Dylan greeted us with a friendly smile and an incredible attitude. His personality was absolutely contagious, he was welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making sure every customer had a great experience.
What really stood out was how attentive he was throughout our visit. He checked on us regularly, made sure we had everything we needed, and never made us feel forgotten. It's rare to receive customer service that feels so genuine these days, but Dylan went above and beyond to make us feel valued.

The food was fantastic, but exceptional customer service is what truly makes a dining experience memorable, and Dylan absolutely delivered.

“Recently, we hosted a luncheon at Italianos as part of my aunts celebration of life service. The team was extraordinary. Not only did Susie and Mauricio (manager) go out of their way to help me plan the menu and handle the buyout of the restaurant, Mauricio and Fernando (Manager) were so kind and welcoming day of the event. They were supported by an incredible team who made sure all of our needs were met and the buffet meal was delicious. Huge thanks to Paul, Arjana, and Geronimo and the kitchen team as well. You made sure we had a moment of joy in what was otherwise a sad day.

Can’t recommend Italianos I pearland enough! They have a great menu with delicious food and are an awesome place to host an event.“

“I used to go to the Pizza Hut, next to Target on Broadway across from the Wal-Mart. However, I got tired of feeling like their rude cashier was doing something to my food. Cynthia wasn’t going to get rid of her beyond rude self so I stop going.

So glad I found this location. The customer service is just as good as the pizza. I love the open concept where you can see the love going in your pizza. Jaime always speak to me when I cone in every week for one of their specials.

The service is accurate, fast, friendly and affordable. The store is clran, fresh and the environment is happy. I definitely recommend this Pizza Hut. The pizza is very close to tasting like how it did back in the day.“

“Growing up, my parents only bought Pizza Hut for celebratory occasions, so it always has a soft spot in my heart. I saw they had a Personal Pan Pizza special on Tuesday so I ordered online for pick up and it was very quick and convenient. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes! I went a little crazy and maxed out on the toppings and they were all there and baked to perfection without it being super soggy. The pizza crust was also nice and crispy!“

“I have tried ordering on my desktop but am always invited to try again later. Today I tried the app but was not pleased and will not use it again. The pizza was not ready on arrival at the time the app said it would be. So much for computers and AI. Anyhow, they had plenty of available tables so I sat and waited about ten minutes. I found the interior to be very clean and the staff very professional and polite. The pizza was nice and hot when I got it back to the house. A very good experience except for the corporate back office, and I will not hold that against them.“

“Some how i felt Rushed and ignored at the same time. The guy preparing our food looked annoyed that we wanted a salad to go with our pizza. But the food came out fantastic. He made a point to tell me that he wouldn't charge me to add red pepper flakes to my cheesy garlic bread. So I appreciate that little savings. The restaurant was clean and there was no wait.
