My favorite is the Havana Latte(condensed milk) which you can’t find at most coffee shops including Starbucks. Tons of food and drink options including sandwiches, smoothies, teas, muffins, quiches, cookies, fruit and more. Plenty of space to relax, do some work, or hang with friends. Awesome ambiance with plenty of comfortable seating. The service is excellent and everyone is always smiling. Oscar has turned this place into a local gem.

The selection & quality of the food never disappoints: we had the tasting menu from the HRW menu and each course was fantastic (burrata salad, scallops& pasta and strawberry bread pudding). What made it all the more enjoyable was the service and advice from our waiter Jonathan, who was also busy with large parties but never failed to check on us and give great recommendations on wine pairings for each course. A special shout as well to Hannah and Chloe for checking on us and making it such a warm and enjoyable experience. A hidden gem here in Richmond that you need to try.”

In this case it should be a chosen place BECAUSE of the coffee. I ordered a decaf Americano with Moon milk and it was deliciously smooth with a subtle oak note. The interior decor was pleasant and calming and it was easy to hold a conversation. They also have a drive through. I wish there was a location closer to my home.”

The moment we enters Outback and till we left, it was an awesome experience. From tasty food to the ambience to service it was the most enjoyable and fulfilling experience. We can see the passion in her services, from taking order, suggesting food choice, to the courtesy and speed of service everything was top notch and 5-star.
