Seriously the food is always made to perfection, the cooks there know exactly how to remain consistent, I am an excellent cook by God's grace and I know good food when I taste it . It's always so fresh, even the salad is always fresh. wow you guys are unmatched. The customer service is top notch. Keep up this great work, people love to eat great food especially when they can trust that it will continue to remains fresh and wholesome. I can tell these people care about their jobs and that is a breath of freshness within it's self. I had been intending on doing this review, because my husband and I live just down the street. Chef Diana and Chris showed us what a professional catering company is all about. Our initial food tasting was 1 on 1 with them and Monica. Their attention to every detail was outstanding. The creativity in plating, and the flavors of every single thing we tasted blew our minds. From that moment our decision was clear that Palate Cuisine was the caterer we had been looking for. Diana is not only a true professional, but genuinely a kind and caring person! She made sure every single detail was taken care of. The day of our event they provided top quality appetizers, a hot filling meal, a phenomenal bar and an army of staff.
