“The place is beautiful. I appreciate that they enforce the dress code, which is what I like to see in a restaurant like this. Every staff member was so nice. Our particular servers in the smaller dining area, were great. Very knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. The bartenders deserve recognition as well for the fast and friendly service. I regret that i haven’t tried this restaurant before but i will definitely be back.“

“Im posting this review before I take the first bite of my food. Some may wonder how is it a truthful review if I haven't tasted my food yet? Ill tell you,while I was waiting for my food I was greeted by almost everyone there, im introverted but they made me feel welcomed. While I waited a very beautiful soul and friendly face served me a sample of different items. THEY ALL WERE GREAT!!! I had to order a side of the broccoli, cheese, and cornbread but OMG I sampled the best grits ive ever tasted. I cant wait for this potato I ordered. I just know everything in this place is a 10/10“

“This was my first time eating at 7Spice, and I got the 1 lb. boiled shrimp combo with garlic butter, and I have no complaints. You can choose between the garlic butter and 7 Spice seasoning. The easiest way for me to describe the difference is that the garlic butter has a more subtle taste, while the 7 Spice has more of a kick to it. The shrimp were large and had a fresh, crunchy texture.

I also ordered 1 boudin ball because I had never tried one and was curious. It tastes exactly like what it looks like—boudin with a deep-fried outer coating.

The table layout inside is a little awkward and has a lot of room for improvement, which is why I only gave it 2 stars for atmosphere. Other than that, I had a good experience and look forward to coming back and trying one of their fried or blackened fish combos!“

“Pan seared red fish, lump crab, and shrimp with dirty rice. Red fish was cooked perfectly very seasoned and the top was cooked just a little more for a more desirable taste. Lump grab with lemon was succulent and soft and the Shrimp was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Dirty rice tasted amazing as well. We were at the bar and the server asked at least 3 or 4 times if we needed anything. Cheesecake was at least 2 tier maybe 3 tier tasted delicious with the whip cream and fresh strawberries. Atmosphere was welcoming and modern. Bathrooms were clean and stocked.“

“So this place popped up on my husband's Facebook a couple of weeks back and every time I wanted to go it was on a day they were closed. Today I was like I'm going to try them so I canceled my plans and drove the 40 minutes to the location. I am so glad I did. The service was top notch. So friendly and organized and smiles galore. The food..... OMG...... the food. words can not describe how good the Gumbo was. we also tried the pasta and shrimp with fried shrimp. The pasta was cooked to perfection, the sauce was delicious and plentiful, and the shrimp batter was to die for. The fruit punch and lemonade were also amazing! We will definitely be back. We will also tell all our friends because it was really that good and so fresh. Great Job and we are so glad we found this place.“

“Treebeards is fantastic - I have been going for years, and the food is consistently very good (both quality and taste). The salads, main courses, sides and desserts are all great - a few of my favorites are the salads (with vinaigrette), the étouffée, the baked and the fried chicken, the chicken and sausage gumbo, the squash casserole, and the brownies!“

“My neighbor called me and wanted fajitas and she wanted to go to Pappasito's Airtex. We are both widows and we had not been to that location in quite a while. We had about a 15 minute wait around 3:45. We got our table and our waiter was quick to attend to us. We got our drinks and appetizers ordered. When he brought our drinks and appetizers to us he took our order, we split an order of beef and chicken fajitas for two with extra rice and charro beans, then he asked if there was anything else we needed. We were fine. Our order came out quickly and he again asked how we were . He was very attentive and very pleasant making sure we were accommodated. As we were finishing our meal, he asked us if we wanted a desert. We were unsure, so he brought out the sample tray. We chose the ice cream balls rolled in coconut and pecans with caramel syrup drizzled on top. OMG, it was awesome. Just to let you know, the last time I was at Pappasitos was at Deerbrook and I took my son out for Father's Day. The service was not good and our waitress was no where to be found until we were ready to leave. My neighbor, June and I were very impressed with our waiter, Noah, and we will be back and will ask for him. He is knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant, professional and is doing a great job as he made our evening into an awesome dining experience He will be an asset to any business because he cares. “My husband I go there for their crawfish special. My husband loves their 2 lbs. of crawfish for $12.99 which includes a corn and potato. I tried their poboys which was both tasty and filling. If you like crawfish, this is the place to go to. Please note this special is only in the Heights area.“
