“This place is great! I’ve had their burger, fries, Iraqi kebab, and chicken shawarma, and everything I’ve tried has been solid. It’s rare to find a spot where pretty much everything on the menu tastes great but this place does.
My go to is the Iraqi kebab sandwich. I usually get two of them when I come here, and they’re always worth it. The chicken shawarma sandwich is also great.
The fries are really good too. They season them well, and the seasoning is different from what you usually get. They’re good even without ketchup, which says a lot.
The food is high quality, the portions are good, and the prices are very reasonable. You actually feel like you’re getting your money’s worth here.
Service is also great. The people working here are genuinely nice and take care of you. On top of that, they have great hours, which is hard to find in Houston since a lot of food spots close early. If you’re hungry late at night and want fresh high quality food that fills you up without overpaying, this is the spot. Highly recommend.“

“They never disappoint! The food is always delicious, I totally recommend the pupusas, chicken, or fish with tajadas. On a chill day, you have to try the chicken soup, it tastes just like homemade! The ladies are super nice and attentive.

“MadMax Bbq is literally a Lifesaver to me. I once had schedule for another Bbq Cater company to service my Grandmother 65 Birthday and at the last minute they flake and left me strangled. Luckily I remember MadMax BBQ catering at my last employer. I had always told myself that if I ever got the chance to try his bbq I would. I was so lucky that when I called Mr Max he right away accepted my order and he promised me that he would deliver and that is Exactly what he did for me any my family. His Brisket and Ribs are so damn finger licking lol. Let me not even discuss them Country Beans (OMG 🤤)I strongly recommend MadMax Bbq to Anyone and Everyone. “I always pass by this place and decided to try it out today- 10/10 recommend!! I got a corn chicken taco, pastor taco, fajita tacos and a pupusa. The pastor was my favorite!! Everything was sooooo delicious. If you haven’t tried this place this is your sign to try!! It was also very affordable. The owner of the truck was very nice and helped me choose what to get. The only complaint I have is that I should’ve tried more!! I’ll definitely be back.“
