This place is really good. Food is always fresh. This guy understands flavor & texture. Ive had the rasta pasta, étouffée, jambalaya and the boudin bowl dish. They were all amazing. Ive ordered take out & delivery. It’s been awhile since I’ve visited the truck but when I did, I watched him make everything fresh.Parking: There is typically plenty of street parking.
This is a hidden little food truck gem. I had the combo etouffee and garlic bread. It was amazing. The portions are large and you will probably have left overs depending on how much you eat. The chef was very nice and personable. I'm going to go back.
