Based on the reviews, Birrieria Tamazula (Food Truck) serves fantastic, authentic food. The QuesaBirria and QuesaBirria Tacos are perfect, with crispy tortillas, tender meat, and full flavor. They come with a bowl of consumme that has beef inside and is served hot. Everything is fresh and made with care and real traditional flavor, described as the closest to the real thing from Guadalajara. The service is very friendly and good. The food is absolutely wonderful and delicious. Highly recommended for a visit, definitely worth it.
