This is surely a hidden gem in Houston. I had not have such an amazing loaded baked potato in over 7 years! The brisket and the turkey were amazing! I Definitely recommend you try this place and I am coming back with my family.

Based on the reviews, Central Texas Bar-B-Q is a lunch-only BBQ spot with a friendly and polite staff. The food is excellent, hot, and tasty. The brisket was great, and the jalapeño sausage is just as good. The pork ribs were good, and the bread pudding was the best ever. The two meat and two side lunch platter with a drink is just under 20 bucks. The tater salad was very good. The atmosphere is lovely, and the service is fast, even during a busy Friday lunch rush. There is no wait time. The restaurant has unsweet and sweet tea. However, on one visit, the brisket was a little dry with very little smoke ring, and the beans were undercooked and grainy.
