Let me just say, this was some of the greatest food I've ever had. Not only is the meat good quality, but you can tell how much love goes into making the food. We visited this food truck while passing through town. It was located in the "Truck Yard" with other food trucks to choose from. We ordered the crawfish mac n cheese, the brisket sandwich, brisket nachos, and a couple of white claws. The food was absolutely delicious. The meat was flavorful, and the portion sizes were hefty! The atmosphere was laid back on this humid day. We would definitely try their food again!

This food truck came to my apartment complex last night so I tried it out. Order 2 BBQ brisket quesadillas and OMG I was too impressed. The wait time was very minimal and the flavor was spot on. I went back to order more but they had closed down. I definitely would eat from them again. Don’t forget Bryan with the Y is not the generic form.
