Never had brisket Mac… holy moly! Ooey-gooey, smoked deliciousness! Wow! Definitely try it out! Yummm!!
Visited the Truckyard in East Downtown and this food truck was an option. Wanted to support a black business. Ordered brisket quesadilla and seafood quesadilla. Brisket one was delicious. I wish it had more than a drizzle of sauce on top or a dipping sauce. Seafood one was okay, but too fishy for me, however, my dinner companion enjoyed it. I'd like to try more items
Amazing crawfish and shrimp tonight at The Truck Yard. Their seasoning is so good!
