Brown butter banana bread mochi is the best pastry I’ve had all year
The Pao de Queijo is legitimately one of the best things I’ve ever eaten and the best pastry I’ve ever eaten. An explosion of flavors, all balanced perfectly between spice, savory, sweet, with a perfect crunchy exterior and tender and soft cheese bread center. Their other pastries are also incredible and unique, as well as good drinks and coffee.
