Such an amazing place. So kind and treat everyone like family. Food is delicious. We got the half half (hot topic and overload) and wow the flavors were fantastic. The blackened fish and shrimp were cooked perfectly. We also got fried catfish&fries, catfish was perfectly battered- not too thick and perfectly crispy. Will definitely be coming back. Only bad thing is that it’s so far from where we live (I guess it’s not bad thing for my waist 😅)
This restaurant was great. The food was fresh nice and hot. The staff was courteous and polite. I will tell everyone about this hidden gem.
Thee best soul food in Houston, hands down!! Been here a few times and it’s better each time. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. They heard we just got married and Ivy made us a special treat. Recommend this place 100%.
