Best cajun food in the Lake Houston area! Cafe Rian is a Monthly-Must for me and my wife. We love the community feel as people of all walks of life are welcomed and treated with real southern hospitality. This was our first time here and the experience was superb.Our waitress Destiny was very informed with everything on the menu and new just how to explain in detail everything to expect from each of the different meals we inquired about.The manager also went above and beyond to welcome us as new customers.I will definitely be back again and again anytime I am craving some good Cajun food.

My family and I had a great dinner here!We didn't make any reservations prior, but thankfully they were able to seat our party of 14 all together. I tried their boudin balls, fish platter, red beans and rice, shrimp etouffe, and gumbo. The boudin balls had a nice crunchy outside and were soft on the inside. Their fried fish platter was a large portion and cooked to perfection. The red beans and rice were good, but my favorite was the shrimp etouffe! It was creamy and flavorful....read full review
