My wife and I were in a bind for Memorial day. We don't know how to BBQ ribs. Long story short we got in touch with the owner and he BBQ'ed 3 slabs of ribs for us even though he doesn't have ribs on his menu. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!! I SWEAR. some of the best pork ribs I've ever had. I am a customer for life now. Thank you so much Mr. Wilson. We are forever in your debt.
