By far, this location is a shining example of the best hourly employees, they are all friendly, outgoing and just all around well mannered good young women and men, Cliff and their parents should be proud of them. Food is always prepared correctly and fresh unlike the other CFA stores near us. Wednesday evening they have face/arm painting for the kids, the cow visits and kids have a great time. You know it's good because the same crowd is in this store as regulars every week.“

This Chick-fil-A location off West Belfort in Richmond continues to deliver exactly what you expect from the brand: fast service, consistent food quality, and friendly staff. Even during busy times, the drive-thru moves quickly and stays well organized.

I ordered the spicy chicken combo, and it was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The sandwich had the right amount of heat without being overpowering, and the fries were cooked perfectly. We also picked up a 20-piece chicken nugget, which was great for sharing. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and served hot.

What really stands out at this location is the speed of the drive-thru. Orders are taken efficiently, food comes out fast, and the staff keeps everything moving smoothly. On top of that, everyone was polite and professional, which makes the experience even better.
