Rain or shine, they'll make your day every time. The food is consistently great here and the customer service is far superior to any fast food, and dare I say most restaurants in Houston. “I really like Chick-fil-A's food, and their service is usually very good. My complaints are minor ones. Number one, why is their signature Chick-fil-A sauce so sweet, as are most of their other sauces? I would like to see a couple more savory choices for sauce. Also, like a lot of chicken sandwiches, the meat is a bit rubbery. I like chicken that is less processed and has the texture of real chicken! Otherwise, the food is good and Chick-fil-A is definitely among my top choices when I want something other than a burger (or less healthy chicken like KFC - although that has always been my favorite fried chicken!)“

“I stopped by this Chick-fil-A during my lunch break, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Even though the drive-thru line looked long, it moved surprisingly fast, and the staff was organized and friendly the entire time.

My order was prepared correctly, the food was fresh and hot, and the chicken sandwich tasted exactly the way it should. The waffle fries were crispy, and my drink was filled perfectly. One thing that stood out was how polite and attentive the employees were. They greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed before I left.

The restaurant itself was also very clean, including the dining area and restrooms. It's clear that the team takes pride in keeping the location well maintained.

“The N-610 loop location knows how to handle a large volume of customers on a constant basis. We’ve been visiting them for years. Even at noon or 5:30pm, when everyone wants lunch or dinner, you can get through the double-lane drive through in record time. And, the staff is always courteous and efficient. More often than not, during busy times, there are three or more attendants assisting customers in the drive through.
This Tuesday, at ~5PM, I ordered 3X 30 count nuggets and fries and mac-n-cheese. They delivered them as fast as if I had ordered only one meal. I was in and out in under 5 minutes!“

Furthermore, they don't just toss the amount of toppings required on the sandwhich wherever they feel like it. “I've visited this location on my way home from work at least 5 times. I think something about how I look must give the workers and the clientele the impression that I don't belong there because that's easily the vibe that I get.

You see, this is in a hispanic part of town. And even though I look white, the ironic part is I'm hispanic and speak fluent Spanish: it's a heritage, not a race. I'm Argentinian. But enough about my origin story.

“Best Chick-fil-A in Houston. Always friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant is clean restrooms clean. They also give first responder discounts so police and EMTs come there. I am an Emt and like the fact that they help us with meals as we work hard but don't make much and it's more relaxing enjoying your meal knowing there should be no problems because a couple of policemen are eating 30 feet away. Anyway I just wanted to thank them for helping the first responders and having a warm welcoming atmosphere also great food.“

“My dining reviews are focused on eating gluten free. The rest of you just don't know how lucky you are. I had a salad, the one with bits of grilled chicken and fruits, with the avocado dressing. It was adequate but what matters is I DIDN'T GET SICK right before my flight. Which is extremely important.“

“I had a fantastic experience at this Chick-fil-A location (Kirby and Main St.) today! After a disappointing experience with my salads at the Holcomb location recently, this visit was a breath of fresh air.
Everything was perfect: the lettuce was incredibly crispy and fresh, the fruit was high-quality and delicious, and the chicken was served at the perfect temperature. Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. The team was warm and friendly from the moment I drove by in until the second I reached the exit. It is clear they truly care about their customers. “The original chicken sandwiches are really good. The chocolate chip cookies are a definite plus on the menu. My husband says that the chicken nuggets kind of remind him of the old school Kentucky Fried Chicken recipe. The people there are very friendly and the business actually provides them fans with misters to make sure that they stay cool in this Houston heat.“
