Chick-fil-A in Houston

“We were traveling back to San Antonio and were routed through the Phoenix Airport. Given that we were hungry, I opted for some Chick-fil-A, along with waffle fries and a drink. Also, given this is the airport, you pay a premium price for food.All items served were good, the staff was fantastic - even though they were very busy.This one was in Terminal D, and they were a couple of other selections in the area. A la a burger place and a beverage place (see picture).Seating is tight during the busy times.I hope you enjoy your experience.“

“This place is always great! But today they went above and beyond and I wanted to share it. I had a crazy morning and missed breakfast but decided to still get lunch there. They had a breakfast surprise in my order and maybe it was the universe balancing out but the fact that they even give away their left over breakfast to their customers says a lot about their customer care. Keep up the great work!“

“We dined in for breakfast around 10:00 am on Saturday and were immediately greeted when we walked in the door by one of the cashiers. The restaurant was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Tiffany came to our table multiple times during our visit to check in on us and to see if we needed anything. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely dine in again!“

“Easy to order even though our order had special instructions. Food arrived just as we wanted it. Every was friendly and helpful.Dietary restrictions: Accommodated for no gluten, dairy or eggs.Parking: It's always busy, especially at lunch. There's the drive thru with a line that can block entry and once in the lot it's hard to find a space. Most drivers are polite though.“

“We were in the Houston airport with an unexpected layover around supper time. It seems there were over a dozen eateries to choose from. I chose Chik-fil-a. I got the standard Chick-fil-A meal which included waffle fries and a soft drink. The whole meal was very satisfying and tasty. The waffle fries seemed a little short on salt but not enough to stop and go get some.The service was fairly quick. There was plenty of seating near and we were able to fellowship with our fellow fliers.Kid-friendliness: There were families with children getting Chik-fil-a meals.Wheelchair accessibility: It was inside the airport. Very wheelchair accessible.“

“Wow! This location is by far the best one I been to in a while. From the food to the service to the place itself. The two ladies working the floor greeting customers and delivering orders go above and beyond and NOT in an obnoxious way like some restaurants do. Just left there, it’s a rainy day and all these workers kept coming in with muddy and wet/boots, well as soon as they would leave the two ladies would clean it right up along with the tables, this location is spotless including the restrooms! My order was made right, delicious and came out in only a couple of minutes. Even as I got up to throw away my tray/trash, one of the ladies told me “it’s okay sir I got it” I mean cmon man ??. Hope all shifts run this way at this location. If not then props to the morning/noon shift working 3/25/2024. Great job!“

“Fast, friendly and fresh eve in the pouring rain. I appreciate the fast service I went to another place near and left because the service was poor. This place was so fast.and the line was really long but they moved that thing! We got our food perfect 10/10 no complaints. Everyone was super nice !!!! Loved it !“

“I’ve never had problems with this Chil fil a but today is a little off for them. I ordered a market salad and instead got the spicy southwest salad… even though the sicker on the lid of the salad says market salad. I’m not too upset bc I know it’s going to be a good salad, but just not what I was craving. Plus when I got to the window, they told me a wrong name, I corrected them and still got the wrong salad. “I Love Chick-Fil-A but I never sat inside to eat ever at any location, but on this cold cool evening I decided to eat inside to get some soup and a shake after leaving the Dentist. I had Service from the Director Mr Chap he was smooth with his service and had a great smile to go with the vibe. He checked on everyone and everything dinning in once he got to my table he came over asked if we needed anything and how was the food once we said It was Great we then got caught off guard he took our tray and dumped it. “Great place to fulfill your chick fil a craving if you work in the medical center. The food is consistently good, the people are friendly enough and no matter how long the line is it moves really fast, because they have someone on all the registers. I especially like their salads and Mac and Cheese! Oh bae never come and have something be sold out, but they do have limited hours during the week and they closed Saturday and Sunday since it is slower on The Weekend in the medical center. This location is in the building with the water fountain behind the Houston Methodist cafeteria.“

“I don't know what restaurant any of these reviewers have been to. This is literally a storefront within a hospital cafeteria. There is no drive-through, and they don't serve many of the items that people are complaining about in these very old reviews. They serve the chicken sandwich, nuggets, and fries along with a few additional items. It's not made to order, so it may not be as fresh as your custom to, but I can assure you of familiar taste in a hospital setting is a good thing.“

“Is the top-notch Chick-fil-A clean interior two lines to get through the drive-through wonderful service when we dined in in December 2023. Maria was a fantastic team member clearing our dinner trays and getting us refills on soda. Totally went above and beyond. Note, I’m a fan of Chick-fil-A as a fast food restaurant, so I am rating it as a fat five star fast food experience not Five star as in gourmet food would recommend this location and also would strongly encourage you to use the app instead of sitting in the double drive-through line.“

“For reference, I have never left a review at Chick-fil-A and have been coming here since I was born.Just came thru visiting my sister in Houston from Washington D.C. Need I mention that the southern hospitality is through the ROOF. You must try the dine-in at this location as the service and hospitality surpassed my expectations, standing out from any Chick-fil-A I have eaten at before.The reason why I type this, is that one of the servers was handing us our food and one fry (I mean a PIECE of a fry) had accidentally dropped on the floor. He apologized and got us a new batch of fries. Mind you, I would have eaten the fries regardless because he didn’t drop the entire thing. From a Northerners perspective, that utterly shocked me with the hospitality. “This is a hard review. We love Chik fil a and we go there very often (everytime after the kids' baseball games), however the reason for the 4 stars is that they close the kids playground after 6:45 pm. If only they could keep it open until 8 pm it would be great!!!“

“I already love Chick fil A but this location was awesome. The cashier at the front counter greeted us with a smile and took time with us while we were ordering. I was surprised that for dine in they have someone deliver your order to your table instead of us going to the counter to pick it up. That was a nice touch!! “This location is difficult to get to, as it is in the parking lot of a Home Depot. The Home Depot parking lot, and therefore, the entrance to the Chick-fil-A, is always crowded with day laborers looking for work, which makes trying to enter the drive-through line very awkward because you're being flagged down by the laborers who hope you'll be a prospective employer. If you don't mind that sort of thing, then you're good, but if you're like me, you'll find yourself feeling bad that you aren't their next job. The restaurant drive-through, however, rarely has a long line, so you will likely not have to fuss with the notoriously lengthy lines like at other locations. The food is as good as any of the other locations, and the service is on par with other locations, as well. Leaving the facility is easier than getting into it, for sure, but you inevitably have to pass the same swarms of laborers you waved off when you first entered. “The quality of the food at this Chick Fil A is usually pretty great. Can get very busy and crazy during peak lunch rush. Be prepared to give yourself more time as food takes longer to be prepared and served at this location as compared to others.“

“As always, chick fil a does not disappoint. I ordered and they literally handed me my order right there. I froze up because my brain was like "wait, what??" Service is excellent, food is excellent, and they seem very kid-friendly.Vegetarian options: You would have to make a special request to get salads and wraps made vegetarian, but the vegetarian versions aren't worse than the meat-filled versions. I'd argue they're actually better.“

“My dining reviews are focused on eating gluten free. The rest of you just don't know how lucky you are. I had a salad, the one with bits of grilled chicken and fruits, with the avocado dressing. It was adequate but what matters is I DIDN'T GET SICK right before my flight. Which is extremely important.“

“I always leave happy. The employees seem sad half the time I'm there though and the service is a little slow compared to the Chick-fil-A off 45 and crosstimbers. Crosstimbers always have enthusiastic exciting employees who are so pleasant to speak to and there could be like 15 cars in the drive through and orders will be flying out the window perfect and ready. This location can have 5 cars and have 3 cars waiting for orders. I'm still happy with my food but maybe give the employees outside taking orders some coffee lol or something to wake them up cuz they don't smile alot or lack ppl skills.“

“I went to this location a few days ago and at first I was a little upset simply because I ordered a 12 piece grilled nuggets and only received an 8 PC. but the service was excellent. all the employees were very polite! well when I got home and realized my chicken was shorted...I called to let them know just to double check. I was polite about it etc. well the girl I talked to on the phone was sooooo sweet and kind and she offered for me to come back and get a 12 PC nugget for free. and that was really nice! But not at this location, when you order delivery they all ways forget something, like dressing for your salad even when it is on the recipe,straws and some times the fires you order. “I have visited this location to order my birthday treat. I ordered a brownie. It is hot enough, felt like it came out from the oven. It was a mixture of perfect gooey and crunchy at the same time. Not too much sweet which is great. The staff who helped was friendly and helped me smoothly through the process.“
