The staff are all very kind, particularly the younger boy who works up front. “I really like Chick-fil-A's food, and their service is usually very good. My complaints are minor ones. Number one, why is their signature Chick-fil-A sauce so sweet, as are most of their other sauces? I would like to see a couple more savory choices for sauce. Also, like a lot of chicken sandwiches, the meat is a bit rubbery. I like chicken that is less processed and has the texture of real chicken! Otherwise, the food is good and Chick-fil-A is definitely among my top choices when I want something other than a burger (or less healthy chicken like KFC - although that has always been my favorite fried chicken!)“

“Lisa is amazing and obviously loves her job. I use a cane to get around and she was kind enough to carry the drinks to my table for me. She went above and beyond and made sure our experience here for breakfast and lunch was excellent from start to finish. She was very kind and helpful.“

“Didn’t like that there a code was required to get in the restroom (but I guess it was necessary). Cleaning supplies out in like 4 different areas (but good to know it’s clean). Loved that they had fresh flowers on ever table and in the bathroom. Service was phenomenal. Play place was great for the little. Would definitely return/recommend. My chic sandwich was over done and was a very skinny piece. But everything else was perfect.“

Hazel (Who is one of the managers) had an altercation in the dining room and she diffused the issue in a very professional manner. “I come to this location frequently and the food is good but they lose a star because their service is not always what I feel should be Chick-fil-A standard. Wait times can be egregious depending on time of day that you go. It's a busy location and they're trying to improve traffic flow but they've only got so much space to manage the sheer amount of traffic that comes through that location. If you're good with waiting a little longer they've never disappointed with my food.“

But today we were out running errands and stopped to eat at this location for the first time. We were greeted by Miss Charlotte in a beautiful floral blouse. She made my 1st grader feel special letting her order her meal on her own all backwards 🤣 starting w the sweet tea and ice cream instead of the toy, lol. She was patient and sweet. Then, Mr. Marcus checked on us and got us refills and talked to us making us feel at home. He says he’s been there for 26 years and absolutely loves it there. You can tell! “My dining reviews are focused on eating gluten free. The rest of you just don't know how lucky you are. I had a salad, the one with bits of grilled chicken and fruits, with the avocado dressing. It was adequate but what matters is I DIDN'T GET SICK right before my flight. Which is extremely important.“

Waited for it and eventually asked for it and they made it then. One of our orders was charged and delivered as a meal. We did not order or want a meal. The folks I talked to seemed not fully trained or just disorganized. This restaurant wasn't as busy as most Chick-fil-A restaurants. I hope they get their act together.“
