The staff are all very kind, particularly the younger boy who works up front. “You can really tell the employees love working here. Despite how hot it's been lately here in Houston, the worker give the same great experience every time. Rain or shine, they'll make your day every time. The food is consistently great here and the customer service is far superior to any fast food, and dare I say most restaurants in Houston. I recommend trying out their spicy chicken deluxe meal. It's got a little kick but just enough for you to enjoy your food. This is my go to when looking for fast food options!“

Sitting in the food court and an employee (Janely, hope I spelled it right) in her free time asked how I was doing and offered to get me a refill. My tired feet appreciates this greatly.

“I really like Chick-fil-A's food, and their service is usually very good. My complaints are minor ones. Number one, why is their signature Chick-fil-A sauce so sweet, as are most of their other sauces? I would like to see a couple more savory choices for sauce. Also, like a lot of chicken sandwiches, the meat is a bit rubbery. I like chicken that is less processed and has the texture of real chicken! Otherwise, the food is good and Chick-fil-A is definitely among my top choices when I want something other than a burger (or less healthy chicken like KFC - although that has always been my favorite fried chicken!)“

“Lisa is amazing and obviously loves her job. I use a cane to get around and she was kind enough to carry the drinks to my table for me. She went above and beyond and made sure our experience here for breakfast and lunch was excellent from start to finish. She was very kind and helpful.“

Furthermore, they don't just toss the amount of toppings required on the sandwhich wherever they feel like it. Some places will stack 3 tomatoes directly on top of eachother or put all the toppings on one side of the sandwhich. Not here. We visit this place weekly when I get off work too late to cook.“

“Quick and easy. They have regular & spicy sandwiches already to grab and go as well as the fries. Take your food up to Elevator F up to 22nd floor then across that Elevator take that up to floor 24, which is the observation floor. Chill and relax.“

When I stopped by I meet Fran she took my oder and she was very kindly and sweet. The food quality is great as always, however one thing I don't like about this location is that finding seating in the mezzanine food court can be tricky at times.“

“I come to this location frequently and the food is good but they lose a star because their service is not always what I feel should be Chick-fil-A standard. Wait times can be egregious depending on time of day that you go. It's a busy location and they're trying to improve traffic flow but they've only got so much space to manage the sheer amount of traffic that comes through that location. If you're good with waiting a little longer they've never disappointed with my food.“

I somehow lost my wallet. Tragically it was not found. I shared a little about my situation to Johnathan he was kind enough to listen and not judge. I lost my id, my lv coin purse, cash app card, food stamp card, and the most regrettable thing my rent. $638.00 just gone!! I am currently homeless working hard to not be and I lost it all. “My dining reviews are focused on eating gluten free. The rest of you just don't know how lucky you are. I had a salad, the one with bits of grilled chicken and fruits, with the avocado dressing. “I love Chick-fil-A but today we had several issues. One of the drinks was not what we ordered...a sugared drink served to a diabetic. Our milk shake was not delivered with our food. Waited for it and eventually asked for it and they made it then. One of our orders was charged and delivered as a meal. We did not order or want a meal. The folks I talked to seemed not fully trained or just disorganized. This restaurant wasn't as busy as most Chick-fil-A restaurants. I hope they get their act together.“
