“Gave it 4 only because they implemented a specific mobile drive lane but the signs are not clear. Once you wrap around you are supposed to merge with the other lane but there are no signs to indicate this. The employee pointed out the merge requirement after our food was brought up but clear signage would have been great. Not employees fault of course just note for management.“

From offering to get me a place mat for my 1 year old, offering to refill my drink, & then stopping us on our way out to give my 1 year old daughter a cow toy. “We used to come here when kid was young and spent more time in the playground. Nowadays we usually drive through. Their staffs at drive through are very well trained and the service is great. We usually don't have to wait for long, and the covered drive through is also very thoughtful in rainy situation. Their CFA sauce is our favorite!“

“We had a wonderful experience at this Chick-fil-A location.
I have two special needs children, including a daughter who uses a white cane to safely navigate our community due to her visual impairment. From the moment we were seated, Xixi went above and beyond to make our visit smooth and welcoming. She checked in with us periodically throughout our meal, kept our drinks refilled, and showed consistent kindness and attentiveness.
She also helped my children exchange their kids’ meal toys for a suitable treat since they have a milk sensitivity and cannot have dairy. At the end of our meal, she even provided hand wipes so we could clean up easily before leaving.
As a parent of special needs children, I am usually the one constantly tending to everyone’s needs and rarely get to sit and enjoy my own meal. Because of Xixi’s thoughtful service, I felt supported and cared for too, and I was able to actually relax and enjoy our time together.
This kind of service truly stands out and reflects so well on this location. Xixi made a meaningful difference in our visit, and we are very grateful for her kindness and professionalism.“
