“Most of the staff and multiple locations are great. The service industry is not for the weak. I had an issue one night and two very bright stars happened to helped me out. These two outstanding souls are named Lars and Sania. Truly, they went out of their way and could’ve just gone the easy route. It’s people like this in the world that gives us hope!“

“Judy at the drive thru did not exude the Chick fil a charisma the employees are trained to have. I feel like I was stopping her while I ordered because she was just jumping ahead the entire time. I’m pretty familiar with what questions get asked during a drive thru order and somehow she managed to make me feel confused and asking her more than I needed to.“

“This location at Towne lake stays busy. The drive thru the inside even the dining room. They aim to please on every level. The # 2 spicy 🌶️ chicken sandwich with a side of Mac & cheese 🧀 and a strawberry 🍓 hibiscus 🌺 sweet tea with extra hibiscus and diet lemonade (it’s sweeter) with lite ice 🧊 . So good hot and excellent customer service Jakob greeted me in the drive thru he was amazing!! This was so good 10 out of 10 every time. No photos it was gone quickly 😂“
