This is a great, new Chick fil A! So happy to have this new location, surrounded by nearby Cypress neighborhoods. The staff is very kind & welcoming; eager to accommodate and quite efficient with order taking and manipulating the very busy drive-through lanes. Looking forward to stopping by on the regular for their fast, friendly and fantastic food!
This Chick-fil-A is always on point! The food is consistently hot and fresh, and the employees are always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great service every time!
The food is typical Chick-fil-A, nothing wrong with it, but it's only a drive through with outdoor seating. It's Houston, so half of the year is hotter than $2 pistol. I'd rather not eat while baking in the sun and breathing exhaust fumes from people in sitting in the drive through. But, maybe I'm high maintenance.

Chick-fil-A has great service and staff. They are fast and polite, always saying 'my pleasure.' The Chicken Sandwich is hot, fresh, and perfect. The restaurant also has great fries and tea. Some people like to come here for lunch and order for a large group. The staff is accommodating and makes sure the orders are correct. Although mistakes can happen, the management is professional and helpful. Chick-fil-A is a great place to go for chicken and other food, with a convenient drive-thru and outside dining area with activities.
