I had a very disturbing experience at this Chick-fil-A on August 26 around 12:36 p.m. An employee named Amy came out of a restroom stall, briefly splashed her hands with water without using soap, and reached for paper towels. When I questioned her, she used sanitizer and claimed the soap dispenser needed to be refilled—but I used the same dispenser immediately afterward, and it worked without hesitation.
