“Fantastic customer service. Friendly and pleasant and very thorough ensuring my order was correct. Franco was my Windsor cashier, unsure of the last who took the drive thru order but she was fantastic as well. Seem to be running a great establishment!“
“Arguably the easiest five-star review ever. Food’s always hot, service is always fast, and everyone’s polite like it’s in the training manual—which it probably is. They run things tight here. Doesn’t matter how busy it gets, they keep it moving. Just solid every time. Only open 6 days a week and still 10times better than other fast food restaurants.“
“Wouldn't give me more dressing without paying more fir it. After paying more for extra chickens because I was going to share my salad. Really? Your a million dollar service and I just spent over $25 for 2 people. Oh well I just grabbed some extra condiments and called it a day. Thanks Chick-fil-A! 👍“
“4 Stars because they forgot to put my Colby Jack Cheese on my sandwich. Repeated my ordered correctly, my printed sticker order on the side of the bag was even correct & food was hot. But they failed on that 1 part.
And this was my 1st time stopping at this location.
For reference this mistake took place on Tuesday, October 1st between 8:05pm & 8:20pm.“
“I always love this location. The employees are always so kind and they usually use your name which makes you feel very seen and like they actually care. That is so much better than the typical robotic interactions you usually get at most fast food places. The food has always been consistently good every time I have come here and the location itself always seems very clean and well taken care of. Overall it is just a really welcoming place with a much more personal feeling than most restaurants.“
