“We were greeted so warmly the minute we walked in the door. It continued to be a positive experience throughout. Both Elias and Lamb were friendly and helpful. Sadly, I didn't get his name but the guy baking the pizzas was fantastic as well. It's always a positive experience of this location 😊“

“Last time I came here 5 months ago, I left very unhappy but tonight I gave in, and decided to give the place another shot.

We walked in the door and this time we were actually greeted! There were people ahead of us but we didn’t have to wait too long. The guy was really nice and even went to the back to get me an ingredient they didn’t have on the line!

When we finished having our pizzas made we checked out at the front and the manager rang us up. He was a really good guy, and his name is Jason. He got us anything we needed!“

“I saw the most recent reviews and was a little worried, but after eating inside, I can tell it is not the employees or managers who are failing. I was dining in when a man berated a manager for his food taking long when they had multiple orders to put together and take out. I cannot understand how terribly the customers treat these HUMAN BEINGS here!! To any manger or employee reading this, you’re doing an amazing job. The manager was apologizing and even sent another manager out to see what they could do to make it better, but he outright refused. If you were that man on 06.27.26 in the white shirt, you should be ashamed of yourself for talking to that young lady like that. She was apologizing and trying to understand the situation better, but you don’t listen. Shame on you!!! The food was amazing and the customer service was even better. I’m definitely coming back!“

“I love and can’t say enough good things about this location! Food is always, hot, fresh and spot on. Biscuits are never hard- just fresh and hot like they are supposed to be. Cokes always come like the mix just got changed in the machine and small ice!

I made a phone order had the food picked up and when they brought it back to me with the receipt it was over $12 higher than the menu. I called she said oh it because of tax I explained no tax was added separately still on top of that she said well if you don’t like it bring the food back and I will refund you. I explained I don’t want free food or to take the food back just to correct the billing error she said no. Mind you I order atleast 1 time a week from here for our whole shop lol so in the end 2 Cachapas 1 reg 1 with chicken was $33.56“

Unfortunately, the nearest Charleys Cheesesteaks restaurant isn't close enough to me, so instant gratification isn't available. “My boyfriend went here after work and he was going to bring me a super breakfast burrito with no meat, when he came home we figured out that there were pieces of sausage inside the burrito, so him being mad calls sonic up and tells him what happened and with in minutes the manager arrives at our apartment with a whole new burrito for us. “I was driving through Conroe on the way to see my grandma in the Houston hospital, and I stopped for a hotdog. Never have I ever seen a Sonic this fast and nice- and I used to work for one! When I pushed the red button it was immediately answered, and I kid you not my meal was brought out in less than 2/3 minutes. Still fresh! My server Alexys was very kind and prompt. So sorry I did not have cash for a nice tip. Kudos to this Sonic & Alexys!! I have now ordered, received my food and finished this review in less than 10 minutes!“

“We called this location on the way home because it was in route and ordered 1 large thin crust pizza, 1 order of wings and cheese bread/sticks. When we got there we waited about 15 minutes or so and then they finally brought out our pizza and cheese bread however forgot our wings so my husband had to go back in and say “we also ordered wings”. Then we got those as well.
Other than that the pizza was good.“

“They were REALLY busy and I only ordered a shake but it took 15 minutes to get my shake. They were incredibly kind and apologetic and offered me a free drink and a free sundae. They more than made up for the long wait! This location is always amazing when I stop in (which is a lot more than I should 😁)“
