Even though it was pretty busy, I was treated like the most important customer in her section. Phillip (I think) was managing that day and he came by to ask how everything was. Kevin, another server, had recognized me from a previous visit and came over to say hi. Overall just impressed with all that I saw.“

Their salsas are amazing- green and red . Their baracho beans are very good as their rice great too. I usually don’t eat the rice but their rice is yummy. I can’t recommend this restaurant more. “Recently had my husband’s 40th birthday party here using their private room area and it was great! Nelson was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The servers worked hard to stay on top of everyone’s tabs and the fajita buffet was perfect! No one left hungry and the birthday boy was extremely happy with everything!“

Today i got the chicken ball an green beans instead of fries an they where awesome will keep purchasing from him. Really good you wont be disappointed. Very friendly also. No mixing frying chicken in fish grease each has its own frier . So chichen doesnt tadtr like shrimp or catfish. Cholesterol free oil no MSG at all. Which is like for me a heart attack i cannt have even a speck of MSG without going into shock. So i am so grateful they are a responsible food provider. “Love the Conroe location. Food.always hits and the queso is a must to dip. I get full after 1. I love the seasoned fries and although it wasn't coming out for a few more days staff was kind enough to make the strawberry shake , so good!“

“My new favorite spot! Came in and enjoyed a wonderful vegetarian crepe, an iced dirty chai and a London Fog latte. Everything was made quickly and service was lovely. Nice selection of plant based milks (I believe oat, coconut and almond).
My standout was my London Fog. Very often, the tea is brewed too weak and the lovely lavender flavors get lost. This was not the case!
Braving 1488 was worth it. Really lovely stop.“

“We visited Whistle Stop Cafe for the first time on Sunday. 8/24/25. I’ve heard of it but never found myself in the immediate area. It wasn’t super busy at the time we visited. We had a couple of orders of chicken strips and gravy with fries and a Patty Melt with fries. We ordered Fried Green Tomatoes for an appetizer. I’d give all the food a solid 10 ⭐️ No complaints for anyone at the table and after we were full, we still needed To Go Boxes to take the rest home. The Fried Green Tomatoes were the best I’ve had in many years. Our waitress was nice and kept our drinks full and asked if we needed anything along the way. She was very accommodating. Id definitely visit again.“

If it doesn’t say on the ingredients list the staff will help you search it up online. Very sweet of the staff because they don’t have to do that but they do - they care & it shows.That’s what keeps me coming back time & time again.

“Chick-fil-A partnered with Woodlands Church vbs to give attendees a free sandwich or nuggets. My grandchildren were so happy to receive this wonderful gift. We had very fast service even though the place was packed. The staff is always friendly. This was our second visit of the week. I waited while they played. It was such a nice atmosphere that we stayed for 3 hours! Playing, having ice cream, making new friends and making new memories.
