“Wife and I decided to go out and have dinner since we both had a busy day. We were heading to one of our regular restaurants until a conversation came up about eating some hot chicken. On top of my head I remembered seeing a hot chicken restaurant aka Coops Hot Chicken - down 1488 going to magnolia and decided well that’s what will have for dinner. Upon arrival and entering the restaurant what a friendly atmosphere with great laugh at decoration, a wall with huge chicken wings that makes a great picture for memories was the best. Our order taker “Liz” which is the manager for the evening was great, we let her know that it was our first time dining and we wanted to make the best of it. Liz sure made the best of our experience. The food came out hot and fresh which is my favorite first impression and was also packed full of flavor which lead to finger licking. I would like to say thank you to kitchen staff for doing an awesome job and please keep it up, and thank you to Liz for making our first time experience awesome. We will definitely be back with a larger crowd. Thank you“

“Love Whataburger BUT….how do you not only serve dried up fries but serve them at 630 in the morning? $10 for a “meal” and I get old fries. Your job is burgers & fries!! I shouldn’t have to double check your work before driving away.“

“Hands down the best pad thai I've ever had. The spice level is just perfect and the dish is so flavorful and delicious. We ate here earlier this week and I had to come back ASAP because I've been dreaming about this pad thai ever since, no joke. You can really tell it's made from scratch. It has such a rich, balanced and complex flavor.
My husband ordered the fried shrimp and crawfish tails, and that too was heavenly! The breading is light and crispy and the shrimp tasted fresh, sweet and savory. The crawfish tails were the biggest I've ever seen. Even the fries that came with it were delicious. Everything was perfectly seasoned as well.
The thai iced tea really hit the spot as well. And the egg rolls are great!
The service was awesome as well. Zero complaints, this is my new favorite place to eat in all of Houston. This place deserves a Michelin star!“

“Unfortunately, I am dieting with WW. I discovered the 5.00 your way on a moment of weakness. Oh my goodness, what a find. A choice of sandwiches I chose chicken Jr., A freakingly fresh hot fries ( unusual fresh and hot ), 4 nuggets, (which are dog treats), and a tiny little drink.“

“We have been here before, but are extra proud for the way they handled Hurricane Beryl today! It was a long wait because they had volunteers helping with all of the crowds. Totally fine and understandable. We were in AC with endless drinks, games for the kids, and wifi, and of course, THE FOOD WAS GREAT! Love this local business!“
