“Food was excellent. Chloe was the bartender that day, and helped me narrow down what I wanted for lunch. Even though it was pretty busy, I was treated like the most important customer in her section. Phillip (I think) was managing that day and he came by to ask how everything was. Kevin, another server, had recognized me from a previous visit and came over to say hi. Overall just impressed with all that I saw.“

“Hands down my favorite breakfast / brunch spot. Food is always amazing. Idk why but I love that you order and pay first, you can get and refill your own drinks. The environment and atmosphere is unbeatable. I also love watching the planes come in and fly out. Staff is amazing, attentive, and welcoming, the cherry on top of it all. “Another fantastic meal at Angie’s! From the generous serving of tasty fajitas- beef and chicken . this restaurant surpasses all the popular Mexican restaurants around. Their salsas are amazing- green and red . Their baracho beans are very good as their rice great too. I usually don’t eat the rice but their rice is yummy. I can’t recommend this restaurant more. Give it a try - you won’t be disappointed!“

“If you want a little diamond in rough....this is the place to go. We had the cheese fries for an appetizer, 1/2 ceaser salad and grilled chicken sandwich, and then the pretzel for dessert. When I asked my wife if she wanted the last bite, she said you know i do. Thanks for the great service, food, and ambiance.“

“Located a little bit off the highway but easy to find and plenty of parking space. I was here for a company event. Great location in a wooded area, simple facilities but that’s part of the charm. Really enjoyed the beer, food trucks (I tried tacos) and live music/bands. Recommended for group events!“

“What a pleasant surprise to find such a great Korean spot in Conroe!
My partner and I stopped by Dosirak Korean Cafe for dinner, and everything was excellent. I ordered the bulgogi plate, and my partner had the bibimbap. Both dishes were fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The bulgogi was tender and well-seasoned, while the bibimbap had a great balance of textures and flavors.
What really stood out was the hospitality. The owner personally came out to check on us and make sure everything was prepared correctly and that we were enjoying our meal. That level of care and attention made the experience feel especially welcoming.
If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Korean food that’s quick, reasonably priced, and served by genuinely kind people, I highly recommend Dosirak Korean Cafe. We’ll definitely be back!“

“We visited Whistle Stop Cafe for the first time on Sunday. 8/24/25. I’ve heard of it but never found myself in the immediate area. It wasn’t super busy at the time we visited. We had a couple of orders of chicken strips and gravy with fries and a Patty Melt with fries. We ordered Fried Green Tomatoes for an appetizer. I’d give all the food a solid 10 ⭐️ No complaints for anyone at the table and after we were full, we still needed To Go Boxes to take the rest home. The Fried Green Tomatoes were the best I’ve had in many years. Our waitress was nice and kept our drinks full and asked if we needed anything along the way. She was very accommodating. Id definitely visit again.“

“This place is so packed. Like crazy packed. But the staff operates beautifully. They are all Running around so fast. So many of them. Always watching out for the crowd of people. I don’t go to places like this often because it’s just too many people for me. But this was a nice trip. Sunny was our server. I must have asked for more time 4 times. 🙌🏼🤣 He was so nice and patient. Food was super good. As someone who hates crowds I’d definitely go back. Worth it. 🫶🏼“

“So a coworker of mine recommended this place. I’m in California so I know good tacos. I would say La Palma is the second best taco place I’ve found since living out here in Texas. Their salsa bar is great too. I’ve always been greeted with a smile and great food, fast. Definitely give it a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it if you’re in the area and looking for lunch.“
