“As a customer to their restaurant before we already knew how amazing their food was and knew it would be a big hit at our wedding because of their reputation for it! Communication with Jeff, the owner, was always great, even with the several menu changes I made, he was super accommodating! The day of we hit a small snag, and some of the food was not delivered on time but they were VERY quick to fix the problem and had the rest of it delivered as fast as possible. The catering manager Tammy was also so kind and easy to communicate with. I realize things happen and I am not faulting them at all for the mixup with the food, because let me tell you, it was and always will be worth the wait! Guests who have never had Mel’s were RAVING about the food and guests that have had it before were so pleased! Everything tasted amazing and I’m so thankful we used them! “My husband and I had a wonderful Saturday evening here as first time guests. Nick went above and beyond for us. He was very welcoming and had excellent customer service. “My first visit to Craft Grill impressed me! My daughter had recommended it so I took her there for an early dinner. Because the weather was good, we dined outside. I tried the shrimp and grits to compare it to what I make myself at home. It was an interesting change using gouda instead of cheddar which gives it a very different flavor that I found good. Their appetizer, a mixed sampler, was also quite good.
Overall, I was quite impressed and look forward to trying something else the next time I go there. BTW, the wait staff was also very helpful even considering he had had to deal with a food allergy reaction at another table he was serving.“

As a creature of habit, I most often have a pastry and black coffee so nothing too exotic but it is delicious every time and every now and then, like today, I earn a free one through their rewards program. Fresh made bread is also delicious as a take home item. Nice quiet areas to work along with open areas for socializing so it has something for all visitors, including a covered outdoor seating area. Plenty of seating that is so often scarce in other coffee shops. The live houseplants bring the outside feeling indoors.“

“I don't know a kinder way to describe the beans, other than they last like dog piss. This is my only problem here. I went one time with a friend and recently again. I ordered double rice this time but my fiancé got beans. I sampled them to see if they tasted the same and they did. She also agreed on the taste.

Other than that, everything else is really good. The salsa provided for chips and salsa is really good. Haven't tried many dishes but the enchiladas are good. I just cannot recommend anything with the beans. Sub them out.

Anyways this place is amazing! Food is always high quality and taste stays consistent. After a decade eating from here, everything still tastes great! Why change what works?

Interior is clean and simply decorated, not over done. Service is professional & attentive.

Dishes I recommend? Lo mein and General Tsos! Jade Garden's General Tsos is unique, it's listed as spicy but it's not over powering. (And I'm someone who doesn't like pepperoni!)

“I’ve been going here for quite some time now, and the food has always been amazing. One of my favorite places for street tacos. However, the last time that I visited, around May of this year, the front employee taking orders was very rude and it sort of ruined the experience for me. The second I walked up to the register she was giving a little bit of a bad attitude, and really seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I tried asking her about one of the meats that they had but she replied with “What?” in an obnoxious tone and sort of laughed when I got embarrassed, and then continued to just have a rude attitude towards serving me. Later on, the person I was with had asked her for a to-go box and she didn’t say a single word, and simply walked behind the counter and silently grabbed one and handed it to him. Like I said, the food is amazing, but this time the service wasn’t exactly the best. I’ll still be visiting though!

Parking: There was a few parking spots in front of the restaurant, but only about 5 or 6 i’d say. Definitely try to be mindful of what time you’re visiting and whether it’ll be too busy to find a spot.“
