I have come to this Texas Road house a couple of times and each time I have been told I can sit at the bar top in the bar. I understand there are large groups of people waiting but there were so many tables available especially in the bar area. I don't see why I have to sit at the bar top because Im one person. Food was excellent. Too bad our party of 4 were left with a pile of dishes on the small table, from after we fished our meal until we left.We ordered beef tips, pulled pork and steak salad; Fried pickles and onion blossom for appetizers .The steak on the salad was well prepared medium rare and tender; however the steak was well under room temperature when served.
