“Just want to give local table the best review. My young family of 5 had dinner here tonight and Felix, our server, was absolutely wonderful. Three toddlers got their food which came out right away, mom and dad got drinks, and we were made to feel welcome even though it was hard to keep the attention of young toddler children. Felix made it totally possible and was absolutely perfect (as best as it can be eating out with young children). We don't get out often but it's nice to get out every once in awhile. So grateful for the attentiveness and care with which we were shown.“

“We stopped in on a Saturday. My wife and I both ordered protein style burgers. I got a double cheese with grilled onions and mushrooms and she got a single with grilled onions. We both also got an order of fries. She got a drink. Total was $45 w tip. A bit spendy. BUT. One of the best burgers I’ve had since moving to Houston and the fries were pretty awesome as well. Only drawback is the fries were clearly cooked in the same oil as other fried foods so my wife got a side of gluten with them. Not great but I don’t blame them as we didn’t ask ahead of time about gluten free. Sat on the patio and ate. It was quiet and nice. Definitely a keeper. Highly recommend.“

“Clean restaurant, always quick, friendly, and great food. Huge portions for the price. This is our favorite Chinese spot. I always drive over from Fairfield to get their takeout- it surpasses anything in our neighborhood by miles. The online ordering is very easy & it's always correct.“

“All of the food at Andy's Kitchen and Andy's Grill is amazing! Burgers are amazing (both with pulled pork and another with sliced sausage). The green beans and the mashed potatoes were good The only problem I had was the chicken fried steak when I open the box the top was crispy but then when I lifted it up to move it the whole bottom was soggy with nothing but grease And it made the breading to fall off Because the braiding was soggy“

“A nice little spot with great food and service. Our server Melissa did a great job handling our large group of 13. The complimentary salsas are delicious with a nice citrusy green sauce and savory spicy red, so it was really easy to fill up on chips. We also had a couple of bowls of queso, which is always a can't miss, especially with kids. I ordered a chimichanga with beef fajita and the fajitas were delicious. Even the kiddos at the table wanted pieces of the beef and chicken, despite mainly sticking to Mac and cheese for their meals. The restaurant is currently well decorated for Christmas and just had a very welcoming vibe. They weren't crazy busy on a Saturday afternoon so there was plenty of parking and a large table waiting. They have a large patio area for outdoor dining, also. Do stop by if you're in the area and want some good Mexican food!Parking: Plenty of parking right out front. “This place has been here for well over 16 years. They’ve kept it up to date and the food has always been consistent along with the atmosphere. This restaurant is one of Houston’s hidden gems. I highly recommend visiting this establishment and enjoying their delicious, authentic food.“

“Upon entering Floyd's we were greeted with open, welcoming smiles and seated. Our server came to our table within a few moments. When she was asked about where the shrimp and oysters were harvested from, she wasn't sure. She did, however, ask and came back quickly with her answer - "The Gulf". Everyone's food was very tasty, plated attractively, and served at the right temperatures. A Four Star rating ..It's important for staff to be knowledgeable about origins of seafood, meats, etc. As for atmosphere, the Ladies room could have more attention . Plus the location is convenient for us!The things I wish they would improve on:• Their fish tacos suck, they are a completely different recipe from the original. The original Lupe's has AMAZING red fish tacos with a cabbage slaw that are just delightful!•The salsa is different from the original, it's "blended" vs the pico style at several other locations.
