“We had an amazing experience at Haidilao Hot Pot Katy! The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and so many great options to choose from. The service was truly outstanding from the moment we walked in.
A special thank you to our server, Chris, who made our visit unforgettable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Since it was our first time, she took the time to explain everything, showed us how everything worked, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire meal. Her sweet personality and excellent customer service made the experience even more enjoyable.
Thank you, Chris, for making our visit so special! We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Haidilao Hot Pot Katy to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.“

“My family and I ate there for the first time Sunday 6/7/26. Fantastic food and great atmosphere. Everyone there was very nice and welcomed us for our first visit. We got the birria quesadilla, street tacos, kids quesadillas and asada volcan. Way too much food, but it was delicious. Will absolutely go back soon.“

“Thursday evening about 8:30pm, atmosphere was wonderful, the server was amazing and so nice! We had wine and cocktails and Goat Cheese Fondue, Fried Green Tomatoes, Candied Bacon and the Tavern Burger! It was so good. Ended with the Whiskey Cake! Great experience!“

“Ordered turkey wings with cornbread dressing in house. Very delicious dinner. Large portion was able to bring some home. Went the other day to order a take out on the cornbread dressing still good but not as good as when I ordered in house. The take out dressing had large chunks of seasoning and whole meat pieces which took away from the original.“

“We happen to come in the day after their grand opening, which we had no idea. The customer service was phenomenal and so was the food probably some of the best hot pot we’ve had in Houston.“

“Well, I missed the buffet. I thought I was having a taco night until I randomly saw this joint. I arrived 15 minutes before close. The manager was nice enough to put in a meat lover's large pie in the oven for me. Let me say: the staff was friendly, the service was excellent, the placed looked cool, and the pizza waz satisfying (which made for a better night's sleep in my hotel bed). Whenever I return to the area,I will definitely try out the buffet side!“

“My partner took me here earlier this year & the hotpot was absolutely delicious! He chose the Kimchi base while i got the Tomato and both we so heart and scrumptious. We also got complementary fried chicken bites that were some of the best we'd ever had. I really loved that they had fun facts of their history on their walls to read. The service was delightful & our server kept is well informed on how to order and what would be the best opinion based on our taste. I also really like having a personal sized hotpot bowl, sometimes it's nice to not have to share one gigantic bowl. We had a fantastic time and will definitely need to come back soon.“

“we had the pleasure of eating at Texas borders Bar and Grill in Katy Texas and they did an outstanding job. love the food they went above and beyond to ensure the dish wanted did not have any spice for a friend who is intolerant for pepper the management got involved Sarah was amazing the cook did a great job tailoring the meal and all of the food tasted phenomenal! the waitress did a great job as well sadly I didn't get her name but she really worked hard to satisfy us and make sure that the food would be cooked correctly without the seasoning. the presentation was awesome give it a 10 out of 10“

“Every time we order here, the pizza is fast and fresh. The young woman, Tina, who works in the front is gem! She is so sweet and always makes sure she gets the order correct. The owner is great as well, always a smile on his face and takes pride in the food they serve. Never had a bad experience, 10/10 always recommend Godfathers Pizza in Katy!“

“Last night we tried out Texas Traditions. We went in with 11 people. 4 of them being toddlers. We are a rowdy bunch. The people there were so amazing!! So attentive and made us feel comfortable! The food was amazing! Not one person at the table had a complaint. I hope they liked us as much as we liked them!“
