We happen to come in the day after their grand opening, which we had no idea. The customer service was phenomenal and so was the food probably some of the best hot pot we’ve had in Houston.
Went with friends we all loved it they’re extremely nice and very halal friendly
UPDATE: I’m changing my original 1-star rating to 4 stars because I think it’s only fair to judge a business by how it responds when something goes wrong.
Within a couple of hours of posting my original review, the owner, Carlos, contacted me personally. He didn’t argue with me or make excuses. He apologized, told me the pricing should have been explained upfront and explicitly said, “that’s on us, not you.”
