What a cool little food park. I did not think anything was going to be here. It’s not cheap but the portions make up for it and the setup here is a lot like a small high end food park. The employees are nice, the food is good and not greasy so I feel comfortable eating often. Gordita is a great gluten free option outside of tacos. We ate in. The atmosphere was pleasant. The food was GREAT! We had the Carne Asada tacos on flour tortillas. They were lean and delicious. The Charro beans were excellent. The chips were fresh and the queso tasty. Worth the stop!
On a whim I ordered from this food truck on Robinson. I have driven past it a number of times and likewise the restaurant on I45.I was in the mood for Birria so I looked and they had it. I ordered the Birria Street Tacos and the Quesobirria. Let me tell you! Wow! It was delicious.The Quesobirria was perfect. Slightly crisp and gooie with melted cheese.
