What a cool little food park. I did not think anything was going to be here. It’s not cheap but the portions make up for it and the setup here is a lot like a small high end food park. The employees are nice, the food is good and not greasy so I feel comfortable eating often. Gordita is a great gluten free option outside of tacos. Definitely check it out, just don’t play with habanero salsa unless you’re ready!Vegetarian options: Beans are great. I didn’t ask if there’s lard in it so not sure if it’s good substitute.Dietary restrictions: A lot of corn options in case you are gluten free. I asked an employee and the Gordita is gluten free.

We ate in. The atmosphere was pleasant. The food was GREAT! We had the Carne Asada tacos on flour tortillas. They were lean and delicious. The Charro beans were excellent. The chips were fresh and the queso tasty. Worth the stop!
Quesabirra is always delicious. However, I was disappointed with the watered down refried beans and Al Pastor taco. The refried beans, which are usually delicious were so watered down this time that we couldn’t eat them. No flavor at all. Also, the Al Pastor taco had no condiments even though I asked for them. The meat was mediocre. Again, the flavor was lacking. Maybe it was the cook today?

On a whim I ordered from this food truck on Robinson. I have driven past it a number of times and likewise the restaurant on I45.I was in the mood for Birria so I looked and they had it. I ordered the Birria Street Tacos and the Quesobirria. Let me tell you! Wow! It was delicious.The Quesobirria was perfect. Slightly crisp and gooie with melted cheese. Tinted thar golden amber color from the broth! Then...the broth to dip in....I could drink it! I did not want to share.The Street Tacos were delicious as well. They were soft and still hot. And fully loaded. Only wish they came with some broth. But I will know for next time to order some.I will definitely be back. It was a little pricey. But it is definitely worth it. I really want to try the restaurant on I45 now too! They have breakfast!Check them out! YOU CAN THANK ME LATER!
