My top place to go for crawfish and boiled shrimp. It’s always a 10/10, service and management are top tier!
Love this place!! We eat here sometimes twice a week!!! They have a great staff who are always friendly and welcoming. They have the best jumbo fried shrimp and okra. Those are my favorites but one of the managers, Eliana Pena (love her!) recommended my husband to try the coleslaw with their bang bang shrimp appetizer and some tortillas. Based on the reviews, The Catch: Conroe serves excellent fried fish and shrimp, with the best fried fish and shrimp in years. The seafood boil in Cajun seasoning with medium spice has a good balance of flavor and heat. The crispy catfish is a standout, crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside. The Catch seasoned fries pair well with the fish, and the hushpuppies are a nice addition with a soft center and slight sweetness. The shrimp boil, crawfish, buffalo catfish, and gator bites are also delicious. The red beans and rice are good. The boudin balls are tasty but a bit small. Servings are large. The service is top-notch, attentive, and friendly. This is a solid place for a casual seafood meal with generous flavors and comfort-food sides.
