“I am extremely picky when it comes to Chinese buffets as many do not compare to my favorite local buffet that’s been around for 40+ years. We decided to stop here after my grandma’s doctor appointment and I was not expecting it to be that good. I was so wrong! The food was so good and fresh! The chicken dishes were fried until crispy and then tossed in the sauce, a step in which a lot of buffets skip leading to soggy chicken. There was a great variety of foods to choose from. The shrimp cocktail on the cold table was cleaned perfectly, tasted fresh and were large! The service was great. The building is a little dated, but the ambiance was cozy and the restaurant looked very clean and well taken care of. The bathrooms were spotless. I highly recommend this buffet!! I will definitely come to this place anytime I’m in town!“

“Shorter wait than expected, I came in lastnight and I was so lucky to have Lily as a server, I swear I never even had a chance to need to ask for a refill or to stop and think after knowing my order she always appeared at the perfect time and kept things efficient while me and my family shared a very needed night out. She was very friendly while not being too much and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience at Saltgrass.“
