“I had an amazing impromptu evening here after a happy hour hop. I stopped by because I heard they have live music on Wednesdays and I'm so happy I did! The atmosphere is very sexy & welcoming & the hostesses were beautiful and friendly. While sitting at the bar like the bar princess I am, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Roberto the handsome refined bartender. He was the added bonus we needed to end our night. “I've been to Schilleci's a couple of times now and I always enjoy the food, experience, service, and ambiance. On today's visit we enjoyed the seafood gumbo. A word of note: the roux is a thicker tomatoe paste which I do enjoy, but mention because not all gumbos are the same. This is def more of that creole roux. We also had the mussels in why white wine cream sauce which were on the special and they were fantastic. I'll def be back when I'm in the mood for some Cajun spice.“

Now, this visit's meals consisted of a bunch of fried items that needed a bit more seasoning. With that being said, the fried pickles were DELICIOUS! The fried mushrooms were ok. We love fried mushrooms, but these didn't have a lot of flavor. Now the brisket Mac n cheese bites, unfortunately, fell SHORT... ? they were an unpleasant surprise. NO flavor at all. The Pontchartrain dish was ok, just my opinion. I was not mesmerized by the flavor of this dish. The Cajun feast looks delicious but also lacks flavor. The flaming hot Cheeto chicken tenders looked just like the plain chicken tenders. I know because the 2 guests who ordered them sat next to each other. The point is, there was barely any flaming hot Cheeto. My seafood platter was ok. I absolutely LOVED the fried fish on the platter! It was delicious and very crunchy, the shrimp were good, and the fried crawfish tails needed more seasoning in the batter.“

“We drove by this place a couple of days ago and we thought it was a BOBA PLACE! The food was DELICIOUS!!! And the manager{Iris} was absolutely amazing to us and was honestly impressed by how well she treated us. And most importantly, the atmosphere was fantastic. The place was really decorated for Mardi Gras. And the gator was one of my favorite decorations about the place. We will definitely come back to Bubba T’s Kitchen again.“

I had buffalo wings on my last visit and no complaints. The "bayou buffalo" sauce was a nice medium without much heat and tasted great on the aforementioned tater tots, also. If you already know Willie's, there won't be any surprises here, and that's a good thing.Parking: It's part of a huge parking lot, with plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. It's also somewhat adjacent to a Wal-Mart, so there's a concrete ocean of places to leave your car.“

“I stopped by Boiler Room today with some starving Rugby players after their game and they ate till they were in food comas. The food was so good they couldn't stop themselves! They offered lots of additional spices and condiments and the portion size was perfect. Everyone was incredibly nice and tables were clean and ready for families to sit together and enjoy a meal together. The owner even came over and told us all about the food and where it came from and how they make it fresh. We will be going here anytime we are in the area!“

“Here for tomahawk Tuesday. Very impressed. So much food for the price. We couldn’t finish the tomahawk or two sides. Ended up taking half the meal home. Fantastic. The espresso martini was next level. One of the best recipes. We’re have it with Don Julio blanco instead of vodka. Muy bueno. Just so much food. The service was great. The oysters were great. This time the food did not hit the spot and service was mediocre for a restaurant of this level. This might be just the waiter we had. Just slow with asking for new round of drinks, bit sloppy, not too interested.We all thought the food was just too salty, it was awkward. Next time we will ask to be scarce with the salt. I tried to Lobster Thermidor, it was just not well executed. Last time I had it at The Oceanaire Seafood Room at The Galleria, perfect. At Perry's it was very salty, dry and the lobster was not fresh. I guess I should have stayed with meat.I do like their Menu, they have original options, plenty of choice. The Atmosphere is great, the lighting is pleasant and the crowd is good.
