there's no other place in Texas with better ceviche than this, the staff is awesome very friendly and corteous... need to say no more come and try it and by the way their drinks menu is great...coldest beers in town

Based on the reviews, Ceviche Ria is a great place with a nice concept. The food is delicious and fresh, making it the best in Houston. They give a generous amount of seafood, not like other places that count every shrimp. The fish ceviche was a little different with a sauce on it but was good with flavor. The mixed ceviche, shrimp cocktail, and campechana are all good. One current special was the ribeye aguachile, and the burritos are simply amazing. The spiciness is a chili oil which is amazing on its own. The natural waters are legit, with favorites like watermelon and a fresh concoction of cucumber and lemon water. Service was great with good music. The only bad thing is the chips served with the meals are those concession round chips from a carnival or baseball game. Other than that, the value and service has customers returning.
