“When I found out Saltgrass was opening here in Valley Ranch, I couldn’t have been happier. It’s only five minutes away from where I live and couldn’t wait to go. It was an absolute treat.Got my favorite Ribeye steak, and extras, and had excellent service. Our service Chris was very attentive and did a great job. “First the fish tacos were so well cooked that I thought I'd died and gone to heaven . The shrimp were succulent , slight pop when you bite in and so juicy.My friend got the seafood trio and it was perfectly fried and the fries were the best texture I've had in too long.We tried the coconut creme pie n ust for a bite . Its.not usually my favorite but I devoted whe thing. I'm a fan of this place thanks for perfect meal and sweet waitress .“
“The food here is amazing!! Always on point! The seasoning choices on the crawfish and shrimp are sooo good and what makes them stand out imo. That's the most important part right!! But yeah they lack when it comes to comfort and table service. For one you are outside (in a metal garage) so depending on the day you will be hot or cold not that they don't do what they can to address it with the heaters and fans but you can only do so much. You have to stand in a long line to order.. they only have one window.. god forbid you forget to ask for butter and don't realize till you get your food cause back to the line you go to get it. They give you packet ketchup for the people who like fried food.. and I just don't understand why it would be so hard to have condiments on the tables. Especially when you don't have a waiter to get items. You have to like said previously hit the line again. Need a refill.. back to the line. You can BYOB which is nice but how nice to BYOB and have a waiter. Tables fill up fast and you share with multiple families since it's just picnic tables. Sometimes the music is so loud you can't hear your company talking. I think they would do well as an actual restaurant. Cause regardless of pain points I will go back over and over again cause it's that's good! Lol“
“Best damn crawfish I've had in long time. Ordered 5lbs extra spicy and dusted. Came out hot, fresh and fast, not overcooked. Corn and potatoes were amazing. And the price, cheapest anywhere in the whole area. BYOB is a plus and they offer michelada mix if you're into that kinda thing, although I didn't try any of their mixes this time around. 10/10 would recommend. Probably gonna go back tomorrow for a second round.“
