“We have been here so many times and absolutely love the food and the service is usually good. However, when we went tonight and got the all you can eat crab and shrimp the service was terrible. We weren’t checked on once by the staff and we had ordered two more bowls and only received one and the staff just sat and stared at us the whole time we ate. We felt very rushed and uncomfortable.“

“I want to thank the Manager in duty today at the 5030 N Desert Blvd, El Paso, TX 79912. My family went over today. I ordered the prime rib, which I have done since it's been added to the menu. It came out a bit disappointing. Our lovely waitress was already going to take care of it, but the manager went ahead and handled it personally. He came back with a great cut of prime rib and a new side. The rest of our lunch was great!! I don't have the manager's name, but I appreciate that he took care of it and didn't dismiss the issue.“

“My wife and l come to this kingwood location about once a week, Brandon and Jordan are always great. The food is always great up until about a month or so ago. The Angel hair pasta in alfredo sauce tastes different, kinda soggy, it doesn’t taste the same l don’t know what changed but l wish they would go back to the previous one.“

“Mariscos El Malcon was a nice addition to the Food Zone. Daughter wanted crawfish, but they were out. She decided to go with the seafood boil. We were the only customers and there was a little wait as they had to cook everything. Will be back to try other options“

“Stopped at Captain D’s for a quick snack and ended up being pleasantly surprised. I ordered the 10 butterfly shrimp with a side of coleslaw, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and the coleslaw was tasty. I’m already looking forward to going back.“

“Not a Michoacana. Definitely a hidden gem. I honestly did not expect much but man was I proved wrong. The fried rice was excellent, my precursor for delicious food. Everything was made fresh, down to the lemons served for our fried fish. Please keep this place the same (owners).“

“Yes I recommend Chachi’s for their food but they suck as owners! I found out that they CHARGE their waitstaff for credit card tips that they receive! TIP YOUR WAITSTAFF IN CASH! The owner’s pay waitstaff $2.13 an hour then charge them a percent their credit card tips that they hustled for? I think NOT! just because the owners are cheap or just up your prices by at the max $1.00 so you can cover what the credit card companies charge you so your waitstaff who work for slave wages aren’t dunned for your lack of knowledge. SO TIP YOUR WAITSTAFF CASH! Make the owners pay the fee’s!“

“We had our daughter's Sweet 16 Brunch here and the service was impeccable! Everyone was so helpful and provided excellent customer service. The food was delicious and our daughter was very pleased.“

“Usually love it here, our server was not on it this time, they were all hanging to the back chatting it up (towards end of night shift) but it was difficult to get their attention for little things like needing more napkins or rolls or one off refills. Also the background music was a bit loud this time around but sometimes it’s so full you can hardly hear it. So I guess it was just the one off time too. I will say service just felt off today but over all we love the food and that it’s a local business.“

“I ate in here last week, at lunch, and the food was so fresh and so good. The Chicken Chow Mein was EXCELLENT, best I've had in 40 years, and I've been trying to find some to compare to what I used to get at this little restaurant in Laurenburg, NC in the mid 80s. The fried rice was great. The Orange chicken was really good. The service was by far the best I've had in Kingwood in many many years. The portions are good and prices are very fair. I am still craving the Chicken Chow Mein, so I just ordered some food for pickup. Will update with a pick up order review. I will definitely be back for lunch.“
