Once seated we waited 10 to 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Food came out fairly quickly. The food was very good. Waitress was slow checked on us 1 time the entire visit. Once we asked for the check and she realized we were Landry's Club Members. She suddenly wanted to refill our empty drinks and be attentive.
Steak was overpriced, and very basic. Nothing special here. My husband ordered the porterhouse, and it was not the size that most places serve, it was more like a ribeye. The sides were plain and unseasoned, and no where near the quality of even a potato from another chain restaurant like Ruth Chris for example.Overall, this place is all hype and nothing special. Save your money , or spend it elsewhere.

When I found out Saltgrass was opening here in Valley Ranch, I couldn’t have been happier. It’s only five minutes away from where I live and couldn’t wait to go. It was an absolute treat.Got my favorite Ribeye steak, and extras, and had excellent service. Our service Chris was very attentive and did a great job. Appreciate his service and looking forward to going back.The entire staff is a wonderful group of young people providing service with a smile.
