They are humongous, fresh made upon request (they will make them for you with at least 2 hour notice) and they are not dry at all. They are stuffed with filling and not just a bunch of masa. “Been great since day one and keeps on getting better. I've been buying crawfish since when they only sold them live from the back. They have amazing deals throughout the season. Love the seasoning of the everything. The staff is very nice, especially the manager Manny he's such a great guy. “I love the Angry Crab Shack. My husband and I went here for dinner, and everything was wonderful. We arrived just before happy hour was over and the drinks were half off. The drink selection was great, we tried the hurricane, Cajun Bloody Mary, and the bucket of rum which was my favorite. My favorite place to get a Bloody Mary was Salt Grass Steak House, until now. I thought a Bloody Mary couldn't get any better, then I tried the Angry Crab Shack Cajun Bloody Mary, the Angry Crab Shack went to the next level by far with the Cajun Bloody Mary. The Angry Crab Shack has a wonderful selections of sauce. We tried theTrifecta, it prefect blend of Cajun, Lemon Pepper, and Garlic, which Eric highly recommended. Eric the manager at the Angry Crab Shack goes above and beyond with the customers and staff. Eric's devotion, care, and love for the Angry Crab Shack is so nurturing that we thought he was the owner. The Angry Crab Shack is by far my new favorite restaurant. I would love to eat here everyday if my husband would let me. “Our server was awesome. As she was taking our appetizer order the female manager(Daniella) decided to yell across the restaurant at our waitress. She told her to stop what you’re doing and come get the food. She came back to take our order crying and informed us she was told to take our order then clock out and go home. That didn’t sit well with me. I almost said something but thought not my place to do so though I probably should have. That manager really needs a reality check and maybe some time off to maybe make a change in the way she treats employees and guests as well.“

“I went there with my mother just today, and had a good experience! The wait time was a little longer than I expected for our food, but that was most likely because they were transitioning from brunch to lunch. Cute place, with lovely decor and friendly staff. I wish the music was either quieter or just not there though, as it can get kind of loud. I had the Chicken Burger with Bacon; delicious, but they forgot my bacon. Mom had the Gratin Chicken, also delicious (no complaints there). Overall, a good time. Would return!“
“1st time trying with my godmother because we love mango sticky rice so we're exploring Thai restaurants In the area. When we first walk in the restaurant is quiet and looks well managed and clean. The atmosphere is very peaceful and calm on a Tuesday and the man at the front was very kind. We ordered take out and waiting for our food took a reasonable amount of time. When he handed us our food to go it was a great hand off that felt very genuine. We felt that without even trying the food yet made we just knew from the great service and atmosphere the food will be great and we will definitely be back.P.S food was 10/10“

The entryway and gravel drive are full of large pot holes that are impossible to miss them all. You must go slowly and carefully to enter the parking area.“

We love the community feel as people of all walks of life are welcomed and treated with real southern hospitality. I’d recommend this spot for a casual date night, family meal, or your small scale celebrations. You can’t go wrong with the boudin balls, wings, or pasta! During cooler months the outside seating area is clutch! The bar area is small, the wooden seats are a little uncomfortable, and at times the music can be too loud for conversation. Nonetheless, I’d still go here anytime as you’ll get good service and some very VERY good food.“

The service may not be there but everyone is nice and just trying to get through all the chaos. I recommend you sitting inside the building instead of facing the windows. It's much easier to get help and service on the inside seats. Just a little protip. If you never been.If you come from the Katy location. You'll be surprised. I say wait to go to Tom's boat until you are back in Katy. Tom's boat very much reflects the east side vibe if you know what I mean. I love the place. It's not a knock. I'm from the east side too.“
“My family and I had a nice brunch here! The restaurant is beautiful and overlooks the Lake. Our server was very friendly and attentive with our large party of 14.I tried their Migas and their French Toast. Both were excellent and had large portions. The Migas had a nice salsa that came with it, and the French Toast was so indulgent.They had bottomless mimosas and Bellinis which were fun. We'd love to return next time we're in the area!“
“A very fun hole in the wall with great service. But of course we come here for the food. Don’t we and the food is amazing. The PHO is wonderful and you can even get a very small size which gives your stomach room for the absolutely delicious mouthwatering catfish.they have a good variety of delicious Cajun and fall stuff but you can’t go wrong with a small bowl of PHO and some catfish filling and very affordable, considering the prices of many catfish places.
