We are from Louisiana. We bought two of your stuffed chickens at Brookshires in Shreveport. We cooked the Boudin stuffed chicken. It was awesome! We are going back to Shreveport to buy several more. The recommendation on cooking time was perfect. Great product!

#1 Butcher Shop in the city of Houston! Meat Quality 10/10, Customer Service 10/10, Price 10/10. I haven't bought meat from a grocery store in 18 months. La Boucherie has better steaks then fine dining. Their wings are amazing and dirt cheap. The fajitas, omg to die for. The owner is a sweetheart. If you want top of the line cuts, marbled thick steaks. This is the only place I'd recommend.
