Typically, there are no problems or issues. But I went this past Monday, and I got onions when I ordered no onions on my burger. I went back on Tuesday, and I got unsweet tea when I ordered sweet tea. I took a break on Wednesday. The atmosphere? Why are people who are coming out of the building parked in the curbside pickup spots?
It was very busy around 50 people but the front counter worker “court” made sure my order was found and brought out to me she was also very kind and helpful. Also great food after my kids football game loving whataburger!! ?

I must say that my visit was made so very worth the time and the trip. There was a bit of confusion concerning my order however, a young Mgr or shift leader by the name of Gabriel Olmos assessed the situation and made inquiry of what I wanted. He immediately did what was necessary that I get what I wanted. Amazing customer service in an almost extinct customer service society. Thank u Gabriel 4 being the rare, the uncommon.
