This place got super busy around 8pm on a Saturday. We had to wait 5-10 minutes for some fresh chow mein, but everything else was ready to go. I don't remember being asked if I wanted sauces, but service was otherwise friendly. Fountain drinks were pretty good this time. I would come back to eat before the dinner rush next time.
Great food and great customer service and attitude. The only knock is it's always busy and they tend to focus too much (in my opinion) on call in/take out orders than the people already there. Staff really hurries though, it's just way too busy.
