“A good friend told me this place was his go to burger since the beginning of time. Big words for a big patty. As a smash burger guy myself I was hesitant to indulge in Becks, but here we are. At first glance Becks came across as a competitor to Five Guys. Idaho potato’s and a FAT patty. I believe Five Guys is an extremely overrated burger. Excited to see what Becks has to offer I scanned the menu. My eyes were set on the Bubba Burger. It came to the table with beautiful presentation. The first bite was met with a delightfully charred patty with melted cheddar. The bun was soft and the tomato was clearly fresh. Preferences and preconceptions aside the burger hit so many notes. I also enjoyed some Parmesan fries made with their Idaho potato’s. Expecting floppy greasy fries like Five Guys I wasn’t too hopeful. The Parmesan fries were quite nice. Slightly oversalted but the hearty potato made up for it. Outside of the cost of the burger this was a wonderful experience. After my Becks adventure I might have to stand outside of Five Guys to direct people to a superior burger experience.“

You can get more quantity at ither places for the same price. The staff was nice and gave me a bag of ice because I had an accident on my scooter before I got there.“

“There is only one way to describe this place and more specifically this location. They so totally rock!!!! The food is always so fresh and crisp, whether it’s their signature double, a single, or even their chicken. The fries while yes leave something to be desired, the other food is spot on the dot. This visit was a single #2 fully loaded combo with their signature Raspberry Sweet Tea. It was awesome and delicious. I love how the veggies are fresh and don’t taste like they have been left out for hours. The sauces are always tasting so good and don’t have a stale taste. The tea tasted freshly made and didn’t have a sour flavor to it. Now as for the service everyone from Crawford, the GM, to his managers, to his staff, they are always so friendly and helpful. I never have eaten anywhere else burger wise since coming here and probably wont in the future. I always love how their menu is simple and easy, not to mention their flavors of the month. Whether it’s a new tea, a new shake or a promotional item, it is tops in my books all the time. I will always return here as I have said on other places, hungry for more. Burger was cooked perfect and Mgr Jeannie brought me over a sampling of homemade chips with sauces. Their onion rings and fries are top notched. Everything done in house. They bring your food and clear the table. Recommend a visit. All the employees were really nice and friendly.“

“Stopped by tonight and placed a pretty large order. I couldn’t figure out how to add the shakes to the original order, so I ended up placing a separate order through the app for chocolate and banana shakes. Unfortunately, the shakes weren’t going to be ready right away, but Dylan and Damon were great and helped get everything sorted out.

They got the food out quickly, kept us updated, and made sure the shakes would be made for us when we came back to pick them up. Really appreciate the customer service and positive attitude. Thanks again, Dylan and Damon.“

“Before it would allow me to leave this review it asked if I would recommend Freddys… I answered with YES because I have always loved Freddys, but…… today was just way too much from this location. Sooooo after waiting 42 minutes stuck in the drive through I was handed my order in a full and heavy paper bag. I sat it in the seat next to me and started to drive off. I decided to pull into the adjacent parking lot and double check my order only to find there were no fries or onion rings, but about 3 pounds of napkins and sauces # on top of my burger. 😑 I had to go back into the store and it took another 15 minutes for me to get one order of fries and one order of onion rings to fulfill the order I had put in 49 minutes ago at this point. (There were minimal customers inside) While I was standing there for the 15 minutes, it took, I overheard conversations between a manager and the cooks. The cooks were speaking Spanish and not happy, and the manager was saying, “I don’t understand what you are saying” I think there is a communication breakdown that may need to be addressed . There was also a complaint by management that they wish they had another fryer, and that my wait was due to one of the grills not being heated up yet.“
