JAX serves high-quality food that is both tasty and clean. Their burgers, such as the patty melt and the grilled chicken burger, are highlights, featuring hand-made beef and a unique upside-down serving style that keeps the juices in place. The buns offer a different style and flavor that many find preferable. The fries, including Cajun fries and loaded fries, are also a hit, along with their hand-made shakes, which are considered some of the best, especially the vanilla milkshake. Although wait times can be long due to staffing issues and sometimes items may be unavailable, the exceptional food and service make it well worth the visit. The friendly and inviting atmosphere, along with attentive service, creates a pleasant dining experience.
