Placed an order online around 6:20 to be ready at 7:15. I guess they didn't check the time and just went ahead an made my burger and fries. When I got there at 7:15 the lady at the counter said it had been sitting there for a while and I asked her why because I made the order to be picked up at the time I had arrived. She looked at the reciept and said something about giving me fresh fries but I guess she decided they were fine when she took them back into the kitchen and didn't replace them. When I got home and opened a Luke warm burger with soggy buns because it had been sitting for almost an hour and cold french fries... no offer to replace anything due to them making a mistake, also asked for mayo and ketchup on my burger but only received mayo. Not impressed, won't be returning.

The the service was poor,the ice tea came from a soda fountain machine and tasted horrible, the entire establishment had an odor that smelled like old grease,but burgers and fries were fairly good, the shakes not so much

I highly recommend JAX!! I called a few hours ahead of coming to ask if they would sing happy birthday. C.J. said he would ask the manager and the manager said they would. I asked if they had ever sang happy birthday to a customer and he said they had not. C.J. was already off when we arrived. The lady had told me that C.J. had already told her and they would be more than happy to do it. They were amazing! They sang it in English and Spanish. Thank y’all so much! And the food was amazing!

I believe this might be the best place in the area to have a burger!Great atmosphere, indoor and out. A perfect lunch time spot. Best of all, the burgers are just awesome!!! The meat is not just mashed in to a patty. They obviously add some TLC in their food prep.
I really enjoyed the food and the customer service was GREAT! I will be returning very soon. The burgers were big, juicy and flavorful. The staff was very welcoming!

Stopped in on the way to Ft Worth because of the reviews we saw online. Absolutely delicious! Great made to order burger. Fresh and tasty. Customizable. Both of us got the bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink combo. Would definitely stop here again on the future.
