Now, this visit's meals consisted of a bunch of fried items that needed a bit more seasoning. With that being said, the fried pickles were DELICIOUS! The fried mushrooms were ok. We love fried mushrooms, but these didn't have a lot of flavor. Now the brisket Mac n cheese bites, unfortunately, fell SHORT... ? they were an unpleasant surprise. NO flavor at all. The Pontchartrain dish was ok, just my opinion. I was not mesmerized by the flavor of this dish. The Cajun feast looks delicious but also lacks flavor. The flaming hot Cheeto chicken tenders looked just like the plain chicken tenders. I know because the 2 guests who ordered them sat next to each other. The point is, there was barely any flaming hot Cheeto. My seafood platter was ok. I absolutely LOVED the fried fish on the platter! It was delicious and very crunchy, the shrimp were good, and the fried crawfish tails needed more seasoning in the batter.“

“I’ve been going here for months! I believe since July of 2023. It’s my favorite food truck. My favorite meal is the “Chimichurri Burger w/Loaded Fries” (as pictured); second fav is the “Mushroom Burger” meal. ? The owner is so kind and makes you feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated!I also love their boba! They have pop (soda) with popping boba; very good! My favorite milkshake is the strawberry (w/boba—lol). I also love that “Rose Hibiscus Tea” with Lychee Jelly boba. “3Bs has a sports bar atmosphere with tons of TVs and the like. Burgers were big and tasty (but not greasy!) Hot wings were also fairly good but we particularly loved the fried pickles. “Thanks to reading up on this truck after visiting here during my dogsitting adventures in Spring, I found out it's located in the Gosling Express food truck court. How did I not know the name of the venue but knew what the truck was!? Nevertheless, my friend and I stopped here when he returned when I mentioned the food truck court off Gosling. He had no idea this was less than a mile from his residence and was pleased with all the truck options. We decided on this one since I wanted to taste this the moment I saw it. Yes, it's another Venezuelan food option but the eats just keep kicking with street goodies such as the arepas, empanadas, hot dogs, and burgers. Going a bit light, I went with the mushroom and cheese arepa and a shredded chicken empanada. The arepa had the right texture with the melted cheese and light crisp of the shell. The empanada was alright, similar to other empanadas I've had although I liked the golden brown color. My friend ordered the Pepi Primos sandwich which was stuffed with goodness beef, cheese, cabbage, dressing, onions, etc. A messy sandwich but he scarfed it down. like there was no tomorrow. We can't wait to return and try other items and my friend is glad this is near his location!“
