Wendy's has good food and service. It also supports an outside cause that I believe in.
Arrived during lunch time and the place didn't look busy but they took exactly 20 mins from ordering our food to getting it. Service was slow and the food was mediocre. Also their ketchup pump did not work. I will change my rating if the service changes.
I’ve been using the drive thru for the last two years or so. I’ve personally never had a problem with the food I’ve received. From my own experiences, this is the better managed Wendy’s in the immediate vicinity. I’ve always received excellent customer service. Of course, if you become a regular, that usually doesn’t hurt either. I usually stick with the burgers, chicken sandwiches and baked potatoes.

The manager on duty is especially commended for her patient and helpful approach, resolving issues with ease. The food is consistently hot and orders are always correct. Customers often praise the service, noting how quickly their food is prepared, with some mentioning that their orders are ready even before they finish getting their drinks. The food generally looks fresh, tastes good, and is juicy. There is plenty of parking space available. However, some recent experiences have been disappointing, such as receiving a 10-piece Spicy Nugget container with only 9 pieces, and some nuggets being rock hard and difficult to chew. One customer enjoyed the breakfast burrito with sausage, saying it was as big as in the commercials and couldn't finish it all. Overall, Wendy's provides a positive dining experience with friendly service and tasty food, though some customers have expressed concerns about portion sizes and food quality lately.
