We've been coming to this Schlotzsky's location for over 15 years now. My kids love the pizzas, and our gluten-sensitive family member makes an occasional splurge to enjoy an original sandwich. While I can't speak to ease of redeeming rewards or coupons, we have never had bad service here. I'll admit the staff and owners may not all be the most chipper, outgoing folks, but the food is tasty and the place is clean, and I don't require perkiness for a good dining experience. One of the best things about this Schlotzky's is its consistency. Every we time we visit the food tastes and is presented the same. It is an excellent example of what my family loves about our Schlotzky's.
