This is the WORST Schlotzsky's in business. It is privately owned so the Schlotskys corporate will not do anything about them. The asians that own this place are downright disrespectful and sadistic. I called in 3 times to place an order. The first time the old man hung up on me, the second time he said come in and the third time he took my order. He messed up my order and still tried to charge me for it. Then when I tried to have him remake it he had attitude. I asked if I could buy the sandwich for half off to give to the homeless man outside and he said we dont care about him. This company does nothing for the community. Everyone on Next Door Neighbor and Facebook have complaints about this place yet nothing has been done to resolve it.Do better Schlotskys!

I try this store about every year, and I am still disappointed every time I come in. I feel like I am nickel and dime for every last little thing it should come with the meal Schlotzsky’s used to put pickles and pepper Cheaneys on there meals automatically now you have to ask and at this location you have to pay for them even if they don’t have a button for it, they charged me $.59 Pickle and $.70 for pepper Cheaneys which they didn’t have a button so they put it down as ranch dipping sauce and extra $.79 for roast beef. My pick 2 comboHalf a sandwich ,soup and a drink with no chips. so a $10.99 pick2 combo comes out to $17.60 feels like being ripped off. This store is worse than any other Schlotzsky’s. I usually drive further to another one. Just my opinion

Napkins and hot sauce are not made available to customers. You have to request it from the kitchen. The hot sauce is only in ketchup style packets as well. Horrible

Great sandwiches. Had the original deluxe with extra olives, and they made it just right. Like to support this local place.Kid-friendliness: Good kids meals and drinks.

The owner of this schloskys is absolutely unbearable. She will yell at you , talk to you like your a POS, overall experience was absolutely terrible. Im on my lunch break already hangry… they make me sandwhich wrong on purpose because i didnt want to buy a drink and chips. Service all around is terrible.. im not one to come make nasty reviews but my experience made me feel it was necessary. I LOVE schloskys food, food quality is always good. but i can’t believe my experience today. Absolutely disappointment.

Food was burned. Overbaked dry bun and the broccoli cheese soup tasted burned.

The best bread in the fast food industry. Always consistent, love this place. Try the pizzas, my wife loves them. I like the sandwiches.

OK I see why this Schlotzsky's only has a two star rating. My experience was OK until I discovered they have giving me the wrong soup. I didn't know with the first bite that was the wrong soup because it had a yellow tent but it was not broccoli and cheese, but it also didn't have any of the fixings that would go on the loaded potato soup. since I've already started eating I went ahead and finished it and then on the way out I was going to get a Brownie, so I just mention to the person who had sold me the meal hey, that was not broccoli soup it was potato soup all he said, was yeah that's what you ordered. I said no I didn't order the potato soup. I said I will take broccoli and cheese instead of the potato chips. anyhow, he argues with me about it, like some sort of holier than you clerk. I can get mediocre sandwiches anywhere I don't need to get it where I get some lip from the guy who takes the money he should've apologized or say it was a misunderstanding and then I would've bought a brownie and left. I will not be back. I attribute his behavior to bad Management if they can't instructor employees they can't produce safe, reliable food. You can't act like the soup Nazi in Texas. It doesn't work, especially with mediocre soup.
