I took my robotics students there. We were in Houston for a competition. Prices are reasonable. I'm not going by myself but Cicis is perfect for hungry teenagers. The food is average. The kids like playing the games. It's fine. This one actually is in a good location.
The manager who works here greets us at the door every single time, he has the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service and attitude which is why this is the best Cici to come to. It’s clean and the food is always hot and ready. He also treats the staff with the same kindness he treats customers. He deserves a raise because the work he does here is exceptional. Every single time I come here without a miss it’s the best dinning experience ever.

I read the reviews and tried this out for myself. I was pleasantly surprised at this location. It was clean the staff was helpful. The food was hot out of the oven. I will be coming back. The games were being serviced but that was not a big deal as we were there to eat.
