Christian was very friendly and helpful, my order was ready when I got there, the environment was well lit and clean. I appreciated seeing TVs on the wall making a welcoming atmosphere. I was really skeptical because it’s inside a gas station and doesn’t look very welcoming from outside but hell yeah. These were the best burgers so far in my whole life. What a hidden little gem! “There is only one way to describe this place and more specifically this location. They so totally rock!!!! The food is always so fresh and crisp, whether it’s their signature double, a single, or even their chicken. The fries while yes leave something to be desired, the other food is spot on the dot. This visit was a single #2 fully loaded combo with their signature Raspberry Sweet Tea. It was awesome and delicious. I love how the veggies are fresh and don’t taste like they have been left out for hours. The sauces are always tasting so good and don’t have a stale taste. The tea tasted freshly made and didn’t have a sour flavor to it. Now as for the service everyone from Crawford, the GM, to his managers, to his staff, they are always so friendly and helpful. I never have eaten anywhere else burger wise since coming here and probably wont in the future. I always love how their menu is simple and easy, not to mention their flavors of the month. Whether it’s a new tea, a new shake or a promotional item, it is tops in my books all the time. I will always return here as I have said on other places, hungry for more. “I got lengua tacos. The tortillas were good, and the lengua was very well cooked, with a great texture - not everywhere makes good lengua. They did taste unsalted, so the seasoning could probably be adjusted. Very tasty and quick, will definitely return“

“Before it would allow me to leave this review it asked if I would recommend Freddys… I answered with YES because I have always loved Freddys, but…… today was just way too much from this location. Sooooo after waiting 42 minutes stuck in the drive through I was handed my order in a full and heavy paper bag. I sat it in the seat next to me and started to drive off. I decided to pull into the adjacent parking lot and double check my order only to find there were no fries or onion rings, but about 3 pounds of napkins and sauces # on top of my burger. 😑 I had to go back into the store and it took another 15 minutes for me to get one order of fries and one order of onion rings to fulfill the order I had put in 49 minutes ago at this point. (There were minimal customers inside) While I was standing there for the 15 minutes, it took, I overheard conversations between a manager and the cooks. The cooks were speaking Spanish and not happy, and the manager was saying, “I don’t understand what you are saying” I think there is a communication breakdown that may need to be addressed . There was also a complaint by management that they wish they had another fryer, and that my wait was due to one of the grills not being heated up yet.“

“I was in need of an urgent lunch request for a same day meeting!!! I called the 2102 Spring Steubner Rd location. I explained my dilemma and Carla did her thing!!!! I had a lunch order for 20 people along with condiments, drinks and cups in record timing. I think I called around 10am and I wanted to see if it could be done by 10:45am. Carla had it done at 10:39am!!! Carla saved me. Nothing was missing from the order. It was hot and fresh!!!! This service was phenomenal and this location was great!!!! Thanks again, Carla! The ordering process was simple, my order was ready at the time provided, pizza was fresh and crust is always perfect. The restaurant was empty upon my arrival but appeared clean. Customer service was okay, not bad but nothing worth noting. I took my order to go and enjoyed it in the comfort of my car. Delish!“

I couldn’t figure out how to add the shakes to the original order, so I ended up placing a separate order through the app for chocolate and banana shakes. Unfortunately, the shakes weren’t going to be ready right away, but Dylan and Damon were great and helped get everything sorted out.

“I went about 4pm, the Chicken was juicy and flavorful, rice/beans were on point but is it my imagination that the container is smaller?? I need to bit more to go with the tasty chicken ;) Also, the ice always fully melts in my tea. If I take it to go and come hm, I can add ice, but if im on the road with tepid tea on a Hot, humid Houston day, not so good.“

“Having been to a Hartz before and I got sick. I was hesitant to try it again but yesterday my husband and I saw a review for Hartz chicken and decided to give it another try.. I am so glad I did the chicken was excellent! The mashed potatoes and gravy and rolls were delightful as well. The only item I did not particularly enjoy was the beans and rice... it needed more salt and a little more love... everyone was friendly and it was an awesome experience!!“

Breakfast is always good and seasoned hashbrowns are way better than those other places. If there was one thing I could change would be maybe a regular egg than the folded egg. Not saying the folded eggs are bad, but a regular egg would be nice :)“

This is no easy task with all the dietary restrictions they had to work with. They were flexible and responsive and I would highly recommend them if you need a large catering order.
