“I found this restaurant on TikTok. It had excellent review. However, I arrived at the restaurant at 9 AM and did not receive my brother until 10:03 AM.. I thought for a minute why would take it so long to order simple pancake breakfast and blueberry waffles. Everything came out well except my Sister food came out cold - blueberry waffles so they have to redo her blueberry waffles. The waitress Aaliyah was excellent. Very sweet professional and a great personality always smiling. The Service of getting the food needs to improve - an hour is too long.“

I’m currently writing this as I finish up the meal I just purchased from here and let me just say, I’ve been to many Hartz locations and this one is by far exemplary compared to all others! The food was fresh and hot, great portions, no hesitation with giving condiments, great communication, short wait times on food, and to top it all off… the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DEFINITELY THERE! “This is a brand new Burger King; clean, bright, and full of BK Crowns. Staff are friendly and energetic. The only issue was some confusion over using the BK App for pickup in the store. Nice restaurant. Will be back.

“I had a poor experience at the Firehouse subs in Atascocita last week. I called and spoke to the owner Kim. She was very professional and helpful and I decided to give them another chance today. “I love this place! I don't eat fast food, but this works for me since it's Chicken, and unlike the competition, I can eat for 2 days (I love leftovers) for under $20, so that's a win for me. Also, I have never liked Coleslaw until eating theirs. It's perfect because it's not all runny and has sustenance and crunch to it. My only complaint is that I think they should offer 2 sauces starting out, instead of one, and then charge for anything after that. One is never enough, even for the smaller meals, in which I always buy the Box.“

“Exactly what you expect from a chicken bistro. You get freshly grilled chicken that is served without flavors and you grab the sides yourself. Love the concept and the consistency. At $8 for leg and thigh, I felt a little ripped off, but the quality is worth every penny.
Would definitely eat here again if I ever come to America once more.“

“They make a good sandwich. My son goes to this location frequently. I'm no sure how to react to his experience today though. As he was leaving with his order, he dropped his drink and it spilled everywhere on the floor. Now he started cleaning it with napkins (way to go son). meanwhile the 2 employees up front watched without assistance. A young lady came from the back and offered a replacement drink but still no assistance with the clean up. should they have at least offered a mop instead of watching him do the job with paper napkins?“

“I’ve been around a lot of fast food places in my nearly seven decades, some good, some bad, but this Burger King tops em all. The food is always hot, delicious and fast, staff is polite, and the manager keeps things moving. The inside restaurant is always clean and even the music rocks. Highly recommended!“

“I have been here before so this time I ordered the bacon baked potato and hubs had the 6pc orange wings with fries. (We were greeted as soon as we walked in). My potato was good but would be better if they offered chives. It had the bacon bits, butter and sour cream. It was tasty, hot and NOT dry. The wings were juicy and fried to HIS liking. It was a little high (to us) but the world is experiencing inflation so we understood. The fries were hot as well. We will be returning to order different food items as they have many items to choose from.“
