“I found this restaurant on TikTok. It had excellent review. However, I arrived at the restaurant at 9 AM and did not receive my brother until 10:03 AM.. I thought for a minute why would take it so long to order simple pancake breakfast and blueberry waffles. Everything came out well except my Sister food came out cold - blueberry waffles so they have to redo her blueberry waffles. The waitress Aaliyah was excellent. Very sweet professional and a great personality always smiling. The Service of getting the food needs to improve - an hour is too long.“

“I’ve never felt so compelled to leave a review for a fast food establishment as I have with this one. I’m currently writing this as I finish up the meal I just purchased from here and let me just say, I’ve been to many Hartz locations and this one is by far exemplary compared to all others! The food was fresh and hot, great portions, no hesitation with giving condiments, great communication, short wait times on food, and to top it all off… the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DEFINITELY THERE! I had absolutely no incentive to leave a review nonetheless this kind of review other than just being that satisfied as a customer, thank you HARTZ!“

“This place is the GOAT. The chicken was so good it made me want to rewind the day like a VHS tape and eat it all over again. The tortillas were fresher than my Air Jordans in ’96, the rice and beans were on point, and the salsa hit harder than a Stone Cold Stunner.
The staff was cool, the food came out fast, and my plate disappeared quicker than a Tamagotchi battery. If you’re hungry, don’t sleep on El Pollo Loco. This place is all that and a bag of chips. 10/10—I’d be back before my dial-up internet finished connecting.“

“They make a good sandwich. My son goes to this location frequently. I'm no sure how to react to his experience today though. As he was leaving with his order, he dropped his drink and it spilled everywhere on the floor. Now he started cleaning it with napkins (way to go son). meanwhile the 2 employees up front watched without assistance. A young lady came from the back and offered a replacement drink but still no assistance with the clean up. should they have at least offered a mop instead of watching him do the job with paper napkins?“

“I was a friend @katina Collins post her food. Me and my daughter didn’t hesitate to go. LET ME SAY IT WAS WORTH THE DRIVE. First the SERVICE was AMAZING. I called she texted me the menu. “I had a poor experience at the Firehouse subs in Atascocita last week. I called and spoke to the owner Kim. She was very professional and helpful and I decided to give them another chance today. “I ordered a Whopper, Whopper Jr, chicken fries, onion rings, and 2 frozen Cokes. All of the food was fresh, made to order as directed and delicious. The Whopper Jr has gotten considerably smaller but was very tasty. The frozen coke was thick and luscious and we loved them. They don't melt quickly like in the past and that was much enjoyed and appreciated.“

“I can't say enough good things about Q! The moment we arrived, rain came pouring down out of nowhere, and Q was right there with an umbrella, holding it over us and making sure we got inside completely dry. It's the kind of thoughtful, above and beyond service you just don't see every day.
On top of that, Q was so kind to our kids and handed them stickers, which absolutely made their day. Cheerful, attentive, and genuinely caring from start to finish + it was the best experience we've ever had. Thank you, Q, for going out of your way to make our visit so special!“

“I LOVE MOD PIZZA 🍕! I haven't been here in a Hot minute, but when it was my turn to make my Pizza, my server said,this is like Subway, except PIZZA! I got the Mini Mod with unlimited toppings, and I went a little overboard! My server did an Amazing job putting all those toppings on, and the cook made sure to cook my 🍕 PIZZA to Perfection! YUMMY FOOD 😋“

“I have been here before so this time I ordered the bacon baked potato and hubs had the 6pc orange wings with fries. (We were greeted as soon as we walked in). My potato was good but would be better if they offered chives. It had the bacon bits, butter and sour cream. It was tasty, hot and NOT dry. The wings were juicy and fried to HIS liking. It was a little high (to us) but the world is experiencing inflation so we understood. The fries were hot as well. We will be returning to order different food items as they have many items to choose from.“

“The food here is ALWAYS so ridiculously delicious and cooked to perfection. My husband and I have been frequenting this place for the past 2 1/2 years and it never misses, always hits. The food is fried and seasoned perfectly. Go-to food items are fried chicken, fish, shrimp, hush puppies and dirty rice. I am so surprised that more people don't know about this place. Hidden gem for sure!“

“If you haven’t been to the subway at 19211 Westlake Houston, then you are missing out. Normally I get the same subway sandwich each time I go to any subway. Ian, the young man who made my sandwich suggested I try something new. He suggested the BMT, which happens to be a salami and ham-based sandwich. I officially have a new sandwich and a new subway. I also discovered that this subway has breakfast subs, which not every subway does. This excited me even more so. After having eaten my subway sandwich, I am grateful to this young man for introducing a new sandwich to me. If you live in Atascocita or even as far as Katy Texas, take a drive to this subway and thank you Ian for introducing me to something new.“
